  Overrated and Dissapointing

  Ever wondered what life in the Soviet era was like? Book a stay at this hotel and you'll find out. Expect dirty rooms in a facility where maintenance seems to have been suspended for the last decade or so. Service is as if you are an intruder who prevents personnel from dealing with something else that is way more important than satisfying your needs. Food is a disaster. And, trust me, if you come to Bulgaria, which is famous for it's marvelous cuisine, and don't get to taste any of it, you are missing half the experience. In this four-star hotel about the only thing that falls within this category is the price. There is no free access to the gym, even though we have bought the so called "Premium All-Inclusive Package". In the room we got a 14-inch TV with no channels running on it, so I ended up watching the World Cup games in a beach bar located about half a mile away. Wi-Fi constantly drops and whoever needs it has to walk to the reception to get it fixed. There you surprisingly get advised to use the one they have in the lobby. Like I already said, apparently people working in the hotel have more urgent projects on their mind. Now, is there a flip side to this whole situation? About the only thing that comes to my mind is the location. Visitors can get straight to the beach and enjoy the sun and the sea. There are also animators to take care of the kids, in case you are trying to take a bit of fresh air in their absense. Even though, for the money you pay here, you can probably find a better place to stay and hire your own animator. In order to end this unpleasant review I will just kindly ask you to please stay away from the Roubin hotel. Trust me, you deserve better.

  Very hold, very dirty, not polite : 2 stars are enough

  This Hotel is old and badly maintenance. Mattress and furniture were dirty and broken. Bad smell everywhere, in particular near the swimming pool!!!! I will never come back in this place and never tell to someone to go there....for me it has only to close!!!!!!

  Nice holiday!Will back!

  We were in Roubin hotel for 2 weeks in the beginning of August and traveled as a family of 4 persons, it was nice holiday. We had a standard double room for 2 adults and 2 children but were upgraded free to studio. The staff were helpful, I think it is really down to how you treat them. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were good with enough choice. Lovely fresh salads and fruits. 5 -al a carte restaurants inclusive without limitation for visit - for lunch also without reservation! The pool was clean , there is a nice kids slide in the kids pool. The beach was lovely with plenty of sunbeds available and a lovely breeze, we spent most days here. All in all a nice holiday with loads to do, didn't want to come home.

  Nice vacation

  The location, food, rooms were ok. Our kids loved the hungarian animation and the mini disco. The parking was ok too. It was a nice family holiday, I would recommend this hotel if you don't have too high expectations.

  Good rest

  The hotel is old, but is situated in quiet park near the sea. So if you're looking for a calm and peacefull vacations, it's a perfect place for you. Food is good. Room with a beautiful view. I would recommend this hotel if you don't have high expectations.
