  Great Experience - Loved this Hotel - However....

  I really liked this hotel and its location (10mtrs from the beach), I opened my balcony door and could hear the waves breaking. Room I ordered was "Sea view with balcony" and it was nothing short of that. However the hotel is split into two buildings and I would not like to be in the other building with just land or a noisy road to listen too. Saying that the food is good, drinks are always available with a waiter service and the entertainment is good - Animation team are friendly and very helpful with a good grasp of English. All in all - would not fault this hotel based on my experience and would go back.

  Would rate the hotel as good rather than average or very good

  We arrived in the early hours of the morning and the reception man was amazing. He was super nice and hospitable. We were given an upgraded room but told we would have to move to the room we had paid for in the morning. The reception man in the morning were not as pleasant and didn't speak very good English. Yucel Eroglu, the front office manager was amazing and helped us out a lot. Thank you. We were the only English that we noticed in the hotel, so it was not surprising that most of the staff spoke limited English. The room they wanted us to move to was very basic and not nice, (there are photos of the rooms by others), so we paid to stay in the upgraded room. If you can afford it, get an upgraded room. The only thing with the upgraded room, is that there was no door on the bathroom. Even though we went as a couple, we would still appreciate a door for some privacy.The cleaners were average but it sufficed. The food was nice with a decent variety but the lunch could be improved a bit. The drinks were basic, wine, beer, vodka and Raki. The cocktails were made from Vodka and liqueurs. No drinks or snacks could be taken onto the beach which is a bit of a bummer. The beach towels were in the spa area which is away from the beach, a bit annoying and not practical.The hotel was right on the beach which was great and most of the staff were super friendly. One of the sales reps from the spa was not very pleasant once we wouldn't get the spa package from him. The sauna and hammam was free but the hammam, wasn't working on most of the days. Generally, I had a great holiday and would recommend anyone to stay here, (in an upgraded room). If you are English, ask for Yucel Eroglu at reception, as he is always willing to do his best for you and help out in anyway possible.

  Very good choice

  We just got back from a vacation we spent at Hotel Rubi. The location of the hotel is extraordinary. It is located on the beach which is beautiful and the terraces of the hotel, as well as the room where we stayed are overlooking the sea. The hotel is not new nor particularly luxurious, but prices are formed in accordance with that fact and very favorable. We were fascinated by the staff who are extremely hardworking, helpful and always smiling. Hygiene is at a high level, both when preparing and serving food, as well as maintaining a common spaces and rooms. The hotel have more than 200 rooms and is located in a relatively small area, but it's never crowded and the atmosphere is very positive all the time. Everything, pool, floors, access to the beach, is impeccably clean because it is constantly maintained. The food is delicious, varied and plentiful. Special greetings for Alisa Yilmaz from reception, who is very professional, kind, and helpful. She answered all our questions and made our stay even more enjoyable. It was an excellent choice for us, and we'll be back for sure.

  Very good experience

  Me and my wife had a great time at this hotel. Excellent service and the personal was always very friendly. The food was excellent in my opinion with a lot to choose from. The beach was amazing. Only complain I have was the internet which was very slow and unreliable. I totally recommend this hotel and I probably will come back next year.

  A nice hotel of 4 stars

  It was a nice hotel with very nice service. The cleaning, food, snacks and the comfort that it is near the sea was very pleasant, especially if you are bringing your children with you. The only thing we did not like, was the air conditioning in the rooms and the eating area. They only turn the air con on, on scheduled time, that starts at 2 p.m and turns off during the night. It was unbearable! But the friendly staff and good service somehow covered that discomfort. I would suggest them, change the air conditioning issue, for the future. Generally, we are satisfied with it and will visit again next year, God willing
