  Excellent

  Very nice hot and modern. Was is faisalabad for work purposes and hotel is located off main road further down and is quite at night time compare to other hotels. Peaceful and nice sleep. Good food and perfect facilities. Really enjoyed the stay.

  Very good hotel with excellent service

  This hotel is safe, price value is excellent and the facilities are good. I would like to suggest this hotel for travelers that want a comfort stay but don't want to overspent. Serena is the leading hotel, but this hotel is absolutely following in their footsteps. Price wise I would recommend this hotel to all foreign travelers.

  A few glitches in nice hotel

  Generally the Royalton gets it right with nice rooms and very friendly service, but charging $66 for a cold weekend buffet is totally unrealistic. Neighborhood does have good alternatives. The cocktail lounge and. Lobby have unreasonably loud music. Why not at least some quiet space.

  The Attitude

  Well it is a right saying: Looks Can Kill. Rooms are average with stuck up sewerage line. The worst experience at restaurant when a person pretended to be a chef at service and failed to reconfirm the order I gave. It was the captain of restaurant who crafted all that and I utterly felt it embarrassed at that. Thats not how you treat guests.

  Overall experience just ok

  Comparatively this is far better to stay than Grand Regent Hotel and Suits Faisalabad because We have been staying in grand regent hotel and suits faisalabad few times since 2019 and everytime cash was stolen from the hand bag by the hotel staff. They steal some currency notes, not all from every currency because they have master card to open every room they wish. But at the moment we informed the hotel management, they defended their staff and refused to cooperate with us. So prefer to stay in Royalton Hotel but not in Grand Regent Hotel and suits Faisalabad.
