  Do not stay here

  I booked this hotel to stay a night as my flight is the next morning. Unfortunately, this is the worst hotel that i have ever stayed in. Very dirty. Obviously the bedsheet has never been changed. The toilet is very dirty with faeces everywhere. Do not stay here.

  No choice

  The Sama Sama booked us in here last minute after KL airport customer care led us astray regarding a prepaid booking at their hotel, which I am still awaiting a refund for. Sure enough we were picked up by a fabulous guy called Razali, but the hotel was dated, bed and pillows so hard and the cleaners need to look underneath sink toilet etc. staff were very good. We were happy to see Razali 9 hours later for our onward flight.

  Ok for last minute accommodation

  Realised we had made a mistake with our booking with another hotel so had to make a quick last minute booking. Overall not bad- friendly service, room adequate and shower facilities fine. We only stayed one night and left very early next morning. Beds comfortable, sheets and towels clean. Ample hot water and aircon functioning well. Free wifi and great 24hr restaurant around the corner. Booked airport shuttle (50 myr) for 4 people. Recommend for one night esp if flying out early in the morning.

  One way away to the city

  It not something about the hotel that you wanted to just laid and be comfortable at the end of the way but its something about the staff that is so acommodating and very friendly and approachable. Even though the room is a bit cramped. So i guess it just a good to go for a traveler like me.

  Overnight stay while waiting for flight

  I have too say it is a bit dated need;s some paint and a few other small thing's. This is a budget hotel and too be honest being american my expectations where not high. But some thing's make a big difference. Example the night desk clerk whom i thinks his name isInteza, He is a big fellow with a heart of gold,the man went out of his way for me numerous times,the managment should know the guy was perfect,i arrived way early but he took care of it for a small fee, Walked me too find food,escorted me too my room and set its all up as i needed.and many other things,also the rest of the staff(driver) day clerk(young woman whos name i did not get.all where a big help for me..now..rooms small,need paint,but a very clean comfy bed.excellent shower.now nothing there,so bring some food,water ect its hidden away.for a budget hotel,i would book it again in a pinch,mostly because of the great staff. Clean it us a little,with your staff the hotel could do very well i think. Thank you G.Gigante P.S give that night clerk a raise he deserves it,i cant tell you how much he impressed me.
