  Beautiful hotel with lovely staff!

  Upon arrival at this hotel I was surprised with the size of it! Its huge! We stayed in the villas which were lovely and very clean. We had a sea view-which is slightly obscured due to building work going on locally. This didnt matter though! The staff were amazing, very friendly. We were at one point the only westerners here but that didnt matter to us, as there were plenty of staff that spoke fluent English. It is slightly out of the town but there are transport options available. Would definitely stay here again.

  Lovely Hotel

  We were incredibly surprised at the value for money. The room rate we got was great and the rooms were really comfy. We even got a lovely big bath. The balcony was huge and we had a nice sea view. There was no furniture on the balcony however, which meant that I had to keep moving a stool out there when I wanted to sit. The dim sum restaurant was fab. The food was really tasty and not too expensive. We didnt get breakfast so I cant comment on that. I know it cost around £10 though. The WiFi was a little weak and intermittent at times. The staff were really helpful and kind. There is a casino as well, but we didnt make it in to have a look unfortunately.

  Nice stay before the bay

  Stayed one night before our Halong Bay Cruise. We were in the suites which is a separate building separate to the main hotel / casino. The room was clean and spacious. There was a pool which was clean and attended by a pool attendant to hand out towels etc. We ate at the restaurant which was fairly expensive (but you'd expect that). The service for lunch was a little lacking but we were there after 2pm. There's a big run of restaurants if you turn left out of the hotel and walk a few hundred metres down the road. The staff were friendly and helpful - almost too helpful - they called us at 9pm to ask if the room was ok and to tell us to call if we needed anything.

  Not a good place to stay

  Vietnam is a great place to visit but stay clear of this hotel. Construction work from 7 to 17.00 and coaches that are parked outside the rooms with their engine running all night long. Photos do not match the sites photos. Food is good though.

  nice & reasonable room rate price

  The hotel is nice & has nice well maintain garden & kids outdoor pool. The balcony & 24 hours room service is nice to have. Cons; theres no portable clothes line to hang up the wet clothes, cant take advantage of the balcony for quick dry. The word allergy or allergic they seems to confuse about it, which should be every waiter/ waitress should know about. Although there was no incident but you expect them to know it as part of their job as it is very serious matter!
