  Personal muy atento

  Estuvimos una noche, para luego ir para Boracay. Al llegar el personal del hotel nos trató de muy buena manera. La habitación con una cama muy cómoda y el baño bueno. Cenamos a buen precio en el hotel, comida muy rica, lo mismo con el desayuno. Recomiendo este hotel, la verdad que impecable!

  Excellent Hotel!!

  We were in Kalibo for an overnight trip. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were welcomed by their warm and friendly staff. We were even given delicious welcome drinks. After checking in, we were assisted by a hotel staff to our room. The room was spacious and clean. Oh, and they have hotel shuttle to service their guests to and from the airport. The hotel staff were very warm, friendly, and accommodating. We told them that we would just take the tricycle to the airport, as we had to buy some things before heading to the airport, and we did not want to delay the other guests. But the hotel staff were very insistent and told us that they would make arrangements so that the hotel shuttle can come back for us and take us to the airport. We also loved the food in their restaurant. All in all, this is a great hotel. If you're traveling to Kalibo, I highly recommend this hotel.

  Hotel was rude and not honest

  Our family was driving from Manila to Bacolod, on the ferry to Catlican port I searched hotels and called this hotel for a booking. I stated we were travelling as 4 , 2 adults, a 10 yr old, and a newborn. I stated i needed a room with 2 beds for a quick stopover and would be checking in late and leaving early am back on road trip. I was quotes 2,599 PHP for the 1 night stay . I booked the room. Upon arriving at the hotel, very tired i must say, i was asked to fill out registration card, then they asked for my CC, then all of a sudden, they said i must pay another 800 PHP for the 10 yr old boy. I was very taken aback at that, i asked when i called and booked the room and stated i was 4 in my family, why did you quote me 2,599 and take the booking? The very uppity girl at front desk said , Sir, you need to pay that when check in, its not our job to disclose that on the phone. I said, Is this because I am a foreigner you are raising the confirmed room booking price, because you gave me a confirmed price and booked my reservation. They would not budge and we refused to stay there. Funny how I am sure no one else was checking in that late for 12 hour stay, so the room I a sure stayed empty . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, its down a side baranguy street and the staff obviuosly do not respect foreigners there. this is a 2 star hotel asking for almost 4000 php for 1 night, Ridiculous

  My go-to hotel in Kalibo

  This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Kalibo. It's centrally located and the staff are so nice and helpful. There's a convenience store (closes at 10pm) and it's nearby the police station so it's quite safe. The breakfast, Cafe and the gym are good too. However, the walls don't have much sound proofing and there are rooms without windows. I'd still keep coming here as I have a pleasant stay every time.

  Good events place

  We had our annual post grad event here last June. I also stayed one night at the hotel. Location: Near to the airport, around 10mins by tricycle (P100 fee). Right beside a convenience store for late night runs. Cleanliness: Very good Food: Free breakfast at their cafe, but not buffet. However I really thought the food they had was delicious. Staff: Courteous. I had to make several room changes and they accomodated me with a smile. Room: Small but the bathroom was large enough They have an outdoor function room to hold events.
