  Beautiful hotel

  We stayed for 10 nights in September. The hotel lobby has a stunning centre piece spanning from the ground floor to the top floor. Easy to check in but unfortunately due to COVID, there were no information sheets except for a tiny little booklet with restaurant opening times on. They could easily make up a laminated pack for each room which could then be wiped down between guests. There was no way of finding out about other facilities etc After a few days we had not put under the door telling us to go to reception as we had exceeded our expenses! It turns out that once you have put 100 euros on your bill you have to settle up and start again. This should have been explained when we checked in! If we had been given information sheets we would have been expecting this. Our room was huge and so was the bathroom with a double shower which was lovely. Fridge was re stocked daily. Food was ok but got a bit repetitive. Most people not understanding the meaning of arrows on the floor to make sure we were all COVID safe. The adult only area in the restaurant constantly being used by families with babies and small noisy children. Plenty of room round the pools and definitely worth paying extra to have a day on the pier with our own cabana. Overall, a lovely holiday with a few niggles which you dont expect with a 5 star hotel.

  Winter break

  We stayed at this hotel in the middle of December. Had some issues at check in which didnt get our holiday off to a good start. We had already paid when we booked but on arrival we were told my partner would have to pay an extra 280e because he is Turkish? I really dont agree with this and I find it very unfair especially as weve stayed at other hotels in the same area and never experienced this kind of treatment. However, we paid and started our holiday. The guy on reception was very helpful considering the situation. Now for the good things! Apart from this issue we had, we loved this hotel! Arrived in our room and wow what a room! Ive travelled a lot and Ive never seen a room so big! Excellent dressing area and we loved the sauna shower!! Very comfortable bed and good mini bar stocked daily. Food was good and good choice. The hotel was very quiet due to covid which we enjoyed. The staff here are very good, a very special mention to my girl Gizem Yildiz!! She is very professional, always took good care of us and works so hard!! And sometimes with bad guests who dont know what respect is! We left with some great memories of her, from the power going out in the storm to the mission of finding a bottle opener haha :)) Will we be back? Im not sure, we loved the hotel and the service but not sure we would pay the extra charges when other hotels didnt charge this

  Great Service

  We stayed for a week in September a family of 6 adults. Rooms are fantastic very clean & the shower/ steam are the best we have ever had. Within an hour of us being there one of the girls had an accident on the pink slide & straight away the hotel got their doctor & then an ambulance to the local hospital. Where a fractured collarbone was diagnosed. The hotel went above & beyond to assist from putting a car & driver at our disposal to get back & to to the hospital to arranging food for us after the restaurant had closed & food parcels to take to the hospital. Beware if you end up at the hospital they charge for everything & wanted 125 for 2 paracetamol. They try & make you sign for the costs rather than waiting for the insurance company. The gentleman from guest services was superb & we cannot thank him for all his help. Mustafa was out waiter & he is superb he always had a table ready for us & our drinks were never empty & he couldn't do enough for us. The staff throughout the whole hotel were very good. We will be back next year to hopefully enjoy all the amenities at this stunning hotel. Should you need medication or have any mishaps the pharmacy across the road & to the right is really cheap & helpful. We hired a speedboat from the surf shop on the beach for 250 to go to the waterfalls. Really good value as you can have upto 9 on the boat & they its 70 minutes. We were out for over 2.5 hours.

  Winter but still hot !

  My first time in this place. To be honest I wasn't really sure about which hotel to choose in this area and I saw that online with the recommendation of a website. Every single stuff is wearing masks in the hotel and you will able to find disinfection in every single corner and people are working with social distancing . Anyway I just want to text about my holiday. First of all I like to food I like the interest of the stuff and especially the entertainment team. There were people in the hotel and football teams but we still got great hospitality from every single member of entertainment team. I like the restaurant and the waiters in the restaurant the bar stuff was gentle and ladies. I like the room it was quite huge and clean and cosy. Housekeeping works hard. During our stay we have joined to dart activity and table tennis and some table games everyday with Ibo , and we had a chance to join step aerobic activity with Seda which was so much kind of fun. To be honest we never get bored at the evening time because there was a DJ performance for sometime and the DJs music was quite good for us so thanks to him Emre ! I've met with the entertainment manager mr. Mustafa and he was very gentleman and interested with us. Probably that's all I can say about my holiday but I want to give some special thanks to some stuff in the hotel . Ibo from entertainment team. Seda from entertainment team Muku from entertainment team DJ Emre Medeni from main restaurant I will definitely come back in the summer .
