  Excellent family trip, Great staycation

  First time visit here, we enjoyed very much this site. Cozy room with great view (the mountain), neat and clean designed bungalow next to children-friendly pool, and the collection of many exotic animals attracted my children. They are highly entertained by these mini zoo. Oh and they also have black swan! And I also wanted to highlight ms magdalena for her great service, a very hospitality person whose service saved my children by ordering them food when I left them in the room because I went back to jakarta for a little work to do. Definitely we'll be back again!

  No soundproofing... noisiest hotel ever

  The lobby was nice, but everything else were quite run down. Were staying in the giraffe suites and it certainly does not have any resort feel to it. The room wasnt that clean as I immediately spotted hairs on the floor the moment I walked in. Some sticker residues were also on the wall. Tiles in the bathroom and wall-in shower get very slippery when wet but there were no anti-slip mat. Showers at water park area has no hot water. Breakfast has good Indonesian food but dont expect much for western fare. Housekeeping did not change our towels (and the hotel didnt have any water conservation signage for those who know what I mean) and also did not wash/replace the used coffee cups we left in the kitchen sink, though a small soap was added beside that sink on the next day. Dropping a subtle hint, huh!? Anyway, the BIGGEST problem so far: the walls here are PAPER-THIN and there were NO soundproofing. One tenant rings the door bell and the whole aisle can hear the sound. As a matter of fact, I am still in my room right now and I can hear every word when the lady next door yelled at her children. Last night there was also an event in the function hall right in front of my windows, and although reception said that event would be finished by 9pm, it didnt end until 10pm. For a moment the apps on my phone registered a 70db noise coming from the events karaoke session. Not to mention the hotel is full of children given its animal attractions, and you sure can hear all of them talking crying bouting running jumping stomping etc. every time one of them went pass the hallway. Ohh and wait till a baby start crying... you get the idea. Hopefully tomorrow when we get to play with the animals on this property it will all get better.

  Short gateaway w/ familia

  This hotel was worth the price, the lobby was nice, many wonderful spot to take a picture. they have health protocol in every recreation that will keep us safety. Stayed at Bungalow 2BR dolphin on Christmas day. Which the location nearby the swimming pool and the restaurant. The kids were happy to stay in here. They love to riding and feeding the animals there haha. But, you have to pay again. And the price still affordable. While waiting the room Pak Dody helped us a lot. Thankyou pak Dody! Keep up the good work! Cheerswill come back here for sure

  Birthday stay

  All most very nice hotel with complate facility,,for breakfast also nice with animal view beside your table,,pool also nice not minus at all,,food also nice and and good variety and amazing indomie,,heheheh

  Feel safe and enjoy with family

  During pandemic era since almost 1 year, it was right decision to choose to stay at Royal Safari Garden Hotel for refreshing time with family. Not easy for me and my husband to decide which Hotel in Puncak area which safe for our kids. This hotel has good facilities and good protocol covid 19, beside safe for our kids, its one stop vacation with many of animal attractions and education. Staff were very humble, breakfast served fantastic. All were good to stay there, very recommended.
