  ¡¡¡¡Genial!!!!!!!!

  Estuve alojado en este Royal Park Residence de Bangladesh. La verdad es que es un buen hotel, la seguridad del hotel era estupenda y el personal del hotel bueno. Yo no dudaría en recomendar a cualquiera que eligiese este hotel para alojarse mientras esté en Bangladesh.

  Dhaka visit

  Hotel básico pero con todo lo necesario. Desayuno genial Cama bien!! Muy tranquilo y limpio!! El servicio es muy bueno y los traslados son rápidos, esta cerca del aeropuerto. Por la noche puedes encontrar restaurantes muy cerca, muy recomendable y el precio muy razonable!!!

  Excelente hotel

  Un hotel muy recomendable, excelente ubicación y trato, sus instalaciones son completas, está limpio y el personal es amable, profesional y están atentos al detalle. Lo único que añadiría es una carta más amplia.

  A very pleasant, safe and comfortable stay for a duration of over 1 year at the Royal Park Residence.

  I stayed at the Royal Park from June 2019 until August of 2020. I was based in Bangladesh on a work assignment and having lived previously in Bangladesh for 5 years, I was very savvy on the hotels in the area and the country contact in terms if safety and security which was needed in my line of work. From my extensive research and observation of hotels in Bangladesh in terms safety, security and comfort - here are the following reasons that I would recommend Royal Park as the hotel of choice; Security and Safety - A double door security system which enables visitors to be viewed from the outside before walking in. The doors are thick and difficult to penetrate. - 24 hours armed security who are very vigilant and are trained to distinguish hotel guests from external visitors - low volume of hotel guests due to this being a boutique hotel with approximately 60 rooms - guests are mostly from international NGOs and UN agencies making this quite a secure location due to the generally low traffic volume of guests and visitors - During the height of the Covid19 pandemic, Royal Park was one of the first hotels to go under a lockdown and not permit any walk in guests or even guests calling in to book although the latter was allowed once the requisite Covid19 checks were undertaken etc. but in general the hotel was empty except for me, the sole guest and a skeleton crew of staffs. - Staffs worked under a rotation of 21 days at a time and were vetted prior to be letting back to work. - Daily sanitizing of all public surfaces including a wipe down of the gym after each use by hotel guest. - the pool remained closed throughout this period - all hotel buffets and public access to restaurant was closed down in general too except for room service or guest dining in very limited numbers- max 3 tables at one time in the hotel dining area. Comfort and customer service - Royal Park has a range of very comfy feather etc pillows and comfortable beds too - I cannot begin to describe the customer service in Royal Park, it is definitely one of a kind. From the CEO,Sales Manager to the F&B Director to all the staffs, people working operated at the highest standards of customer service and were very warm are and helpful and always willing to support. They made my stay very comfortable especially since I was staying there for a long time away from home. They made me feel very welcome and at home all the time. - Last but not least, they had an amazing range of Sri Lankan cuisine that was simply delicious. The very best that I had tasted although I have been to Sri Lanka on business previously, the food here is amazing especially the Crab and Prawns and hoppers (fermented rice patties) are to die for. Rajeeva Mendis, the resident Manager cum F&B Director is a genius and with a one of a kind gift of cooking up the most delicious food ever and this is coming from me, a person who has travelled to most continents. I would definitely recommend Royal Park Hotel for all the reasons above and if you are visiting Bangladesh and passing through Dhaka, this is definitely the hotel to stay at. As you can see I was quite happy during my stay in Royal Park Residence and would absolutely stay here again if I am visiting Dhaka.   Wonderful hotel with 5 Star service. I spent 2 nights here on a business trip and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centres in the city. As for the room, it was excellent and surprisingly comfortable. The Manager and the front desk executives are amazingly helpful. The rooms are well equipped and new. The foods in the restaurant are good and the bed is soft, warm, comfy and nice smell. They seem to have good security as well. I have had a wonderful stay here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip or family trip.
