  Quite polite receptionists who nonetheless cannot speak English very much. Very good and rich breakfasts. Poor room service, dustbins vere not emptied, toilet paper was not supplied a day before departure (fortunately we have our own sources :-) ). Generally I woul recommend the hotel but...some improvements should be done.

  Great food & spotless rooms...

  Stayed for NYE - as we were late ..(one day) got and extra day which was fair play to them. Check in was an excellent experience with the female staff. The night of 31.01 was well organized , food was fantastic and we finished around 03 am. Used Spa on several occasions - definitely can recommend all girls working there, a bit pricey but... I think worth it. Again food throughout our stay was just ... excellent. Rooms are ok, considering you will only just sleep in there. Worst the only one minus would be check out experience - was not asked about the stay (stayed 3 nights, used spa and dined) in there - basically spent a bit of money in there... The gentleman who checked me out did not seem to be interested at all so all in all he ruined (a little bit) a Really good memory of this place. I would however recommend this place to anybody going this direction...

  SPA visit

  While the SPA therapists were incredibly kind and pleasant and took excellent care of us, both the spa reception and the hotel receptions were a joke. The receptionists were rude and had bad manners. Their behavior would not be acceptable anywhere else in the world. We had to pay for the spa treatment and the male receptionist expressed pure disgust because theres a lot of people in the line. Okay how about you do your work? The spa therapists saved the day

  Nothing special

  I was there for job few days. First of all we have to consider that mielno is a small City.ten minutes by foot from seaside. It's clean, the staff kindly and the food quite good. Wi-Fi wasn't working, we had to ask to staff if they had something more to food as ketchup or similar ... so never they ask if we need something we had to stimolate the waitress all the time. The rooms were with moquette and without frigobar. In General is normal.

  Christmas.

  We deceided to spend Christmas in this place. Food was very good.It is a pity that no warm drinks were served at dinner. You had to pay extra for them, and the price was quite high. The room was clean and ready for our passage. The only thing missing in the room was a kettle. A child-friendly place with a dedicated play area and animations. Some people at the reception could be more kind to customers. In contrast, high-level housekeeping, kind and friendly to help.
