    VILE HELL HOLE!!!!

The issue that I have experienced was: The room was filthy the bed sheets had holes in, the wardrobe had white stains all over it. there were screws sticking out the floor which were used as doorstops my little girl was lucky enough not to hurt herself but my partner on the other hand had cut his toe badly off one off the screws. the fridge was smelly and the ice tray which was in the freezer part had mould growing in it. the balcony chairs were rusty and unstable. The bathroom had a bad sewerage smell to it the toliet never flushed properly and round by the tissue disposal bin there were brown marks up the wall. the shower was always cold and you had to hand held the shower head because the fixture on the wall was broke. The food was horrible and had to eat out after the 3rd day there because my daughter got upset tummy the tiles in the swimming pool were all coming off the bottom of the pool which is a big hazard. You could pick them off the floor yourself

You get what you pay for

Read reviews about this hotel so thought I would try it, it's big has fantastic views, food it's turkish you don't go to a hotel in turkey for English breakfast, most don't talk much English, but we don't speak Turkish, edam was great. We expected a standard room, we got a lounge aswell unexpected. This hotel could be far better if they fixed some of the things, £200each 4nights, Edinburgh flight. Easyjet holiday, the rep at night talks Turkish and its mostly Turkish in hotel, so we sat no having a clue lol av gave 5 stars as you can barely get a room in edinburgh for £200 a night, we ate out a bit

Absolutely disgusting damp stinking old room. Extremely poor.

Full of Turkish people. I couldn't ever stay here again, the room was shocking hated it the min I walked in, stinks of damp dirty old stained furniture everything falling apart...bathroom old and done..big gap under door where bugs came in every night, just really disgusting made me cringe but we made the most of it. The rest of the hotel was ok to be honest. There were a few nice people working there Emme was the best nice smiling helpful and very friendly. Definitely couldn't stay there again I prefer clean and dry surroundings. Extremely poor!!

    Not that bad!

Im giving this hotel 2 stars because thats all it deserves, however its not that bad! The room was clean however very run down and quite dingy, definitely needs a re vamp. The food was poor with not much choice and unfortunately the only drinks they had to offer were beer, wine or vodka so no cocktails:( but the amount we drank was worth the extra few pound for all inclusive and there are some lovely restaurants just down the hill that do great cheap food (we recommend Alfie Moons). The location was fantastic, just a few minutes from the beach and the centre of Gümbet. One great thing was that a bus stops every 20 mins outside the hotel to get into Gümbet or Bodrum and theres a taxi rank right outside too. There is a bit of hill on the walk back however this means theres a great view from the hotel. The pool was clean but the tiles were coming up from the bottom causing my parter to injure his foot. Most of the staff couldnt speak much English but I didnt expect them to as we knew no Turkish! They were friendly and we had a rep who gave us options for activities in the day - if you get the chance I would highly recommend the luxury boat trip and diving. The hotel has a lot of potential, just needs some money investing into it. If youre expecting luxury then I wouldnt bother, but if youre looking for somewhere cheap to sleep at night in the centre of town then this is the place to go.

    Very run down!

Not sure where I start, our room was filthy, mouldy, cigarette burns in toilet seat, cracks in sink in kitchen, cupboards falling apart stained bedding. Room wasnt cleaned beds not made or changed the whole 10 days we were there. Asked to change rooms wasnt much better. Huge balcony with lovely views but not furniture so couldnt utilise it. Food was very basic, hotel manager told me he doesnt cater for English people at all, level one is a building site. Lifts always broken down. Never enough plates or cutlery in dining room. Only given 3 towels between 5 people and was told the hotel has no more towels. Pool in poor condition, tiles coming up resulting in cut feel. Floor around pool dirty. Loose wires hanging out the walls, theres no entertainment what so ever. Announcements only made in Turkish or Russian. So never knew about the free shuttle to the beach, where might I add although you get free sunbeds parasols are limited and drinks are very expensive. Only drinks available on all inclusive were raki vodka or beer. Plastic cups have cigarette burns in. If youre of a certain nationality you get glasses a posed to the paper/plastic cups we were given. Cigarette burns in furniture in room, sunbeds dirty. The list goes on if I carried on Id probably manage to write a book. I must add whilst there was all this wrong with the hotel other holiday makers were lovely, and my children still enjoyed themselves, and although food was limited we all managed to find something to eat even if it was just cucumber and bread. I would not return to this hotel even if someone paid me to.
