  No signs and instructions where the hotel is located. The question "How do you navigate away," and said that if you see the hotel from the road, there is no chance to find it. Everything in the hotel is to ruin. Terrace door was locked and could not be opened. At least the maintainers were polite and quickly removed the damage. Towels were changed for 4 days. The reception were very unkind and non-cooperative. On leaving the hotel, it took us 20 minutes to go to someone to check that everything is okay.

  You cant pay with credit card , despite of booking.com says that credit card accepted. TV in the room about 17-19 inch - what a joke bottom line - try to get another apartment for the same price. This is what we did after we saw our room.

  It is not a hotel

  The greatest advantage is outside the building: the location - in the resort area and 5 min to the beach, quite; the pool is great too - clean and nice, the garden is well planned, watered and nicely taken care of. Not to be said the same about the room - disgusting hygiene - especially the bathroom - rot, unclean, the toiled is not cleaned around - yak. The glass for the toothbrush was left with all the rot of a previous lodger. I brought it to the reception to be replaced. We stayed 9 nights - received cleaning just 3 times! Changed the sheets and towels only after 6 days and only after complaining. The cleaners come at about 9 and if you ask them to come later - never come. So the third morning I let them in even as my children were still sleeping!! Otherwise it was too much dirt and I knew they would not come later! One day, we came from the beach to find that the tea kettle was gone!! And the room not cleaned :). Went to the reception and the man gave another kettle. Never no apologies, no helos or smiles from the staff. It was rainy for 2 days and it became chilly to sleep just with the sheets, so I asked for blankets - there was no one at the reception in the evening, so no blankets. Next day it was still chilly, so I asked for the blankets. Was mocked by the receptionist and received 3 stained and smashed blankets - with the advise to air them well in the balkony :). The furniture is old, the matrasses with terrible bumps, no place for storage, suitcases, no shelf to put toiletries in the bathroom. It is not a place you want to stay.
