  Enjoyed my second stay at Royal Orchid Golden Suites Whitefield Bangalore

  Overall, I had a great stay at the Royal Orchid Golden Suites Whitefield Bangalore with a few issue. I had to make an emergency booking over phone, owing to an unplanned travel. Front Desk Manager Mr. Chinmay handled with aplomb and ensured that I got the reservation with the best rates. Thank you to Mr. Chinmay. Check in process was not that much smooth which I was expected. After waited an hour I got the room and the bed room was proper maintained, the washroom was not maintained proper. No Glass door or door was there of shower room & the light was very dim there in the washroom. At day time Non-Veg item (staters) was not available in the IRD, only the few options was available Veg item. I ordered Potato Wedges and it was quite horrible. And the Mutton Biryani was ok. When I was back at the hotel from out in the evening, Mr. Suraj from reception he shifted to another room, the room was very much comfortable, specious and I really liked that room. Thanks to Mr. Suraj. In the evening ordered the food Non Veg Item (Mutton Paper Fry, Mushroom Paper Fry, Chicken Manchurian etc). All the food was delicious. I would like to thank to Trainee (Mr. Christian) who was always serving the food to my room. The morning breakfast spread had a lot of variety and the food was really good. The staffs during breakfast were also very kind and helpful. Check out experience was very fast. Mr. Madhu was there at the time of check out. He is very much professional in his work. Mr. Suraj and Mr. Madhu both are very courteous and professional. Kudos to both of you.

  Good stay

  Really nice staff and good place to stay. Food was good as well. I stayed for 6 nights and was logged in for work. Internet was exceptionally good and did not face any issues. Overall nice experience and would visit again.

  Excellent staff courteous service

  We stayed here for more than a month in their duplex , staff members made us feel like home. From reception to housekeeping to room service , everything is amazing. I strongly recommend this place for your stay in Bangalore. I would like to appreciate Hari, Santosh for their sincere & excellent housekeeping.

  Excellent service

  The staff are excellent. Rajendra and Durgayya from Housekeeping are very helpful with smiling faces. The room service staff is also very friendly especially who come for dinner service (The mallu guy). Room service order taker can be a bit more friendly.

  Memorable stay

  Lovely and friendly team which made my entire stay very comfortable. Very present and neat hotel which I feel safe and relaxed. The food service team kitchen team and reception team had delivered me a good service which was surprised. Its a wow wonderful hotel which is located in prime location which was accessible for shopping. Food was excellent my wife liked very much Thank you team Royal Orchid Suits banglore for your wonderful hospitality to me and my family.
