  Dreadful

  This place used to be like the photos but not any more! Quite run down now, the owner needs to spend some money on it especially the beds! Like sleeping on concrete. Worst bed ive ever slept in. The pool was empty of water but full of leaves. The grounds were quite umkempt even taking in to account the typhoon 2 weeks earlier. Other places along the same stretch of beach have their pools available for their guests. The staff were pleasant enough, the rooms spacious and clean but thats the only positive i took from this resort!

  Poor quality and getting poorer

  My wife and I stayed at the Royal Hotel in Qui Nhon two years ago and found the hotel acceptable but aged. We chose to rebook this year because of the ocean view, but never again. The deluxe room with ocean view smelled musty and was dank; the bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable, the bed linens were damp and disgusting; the bathroom was in poor condition and the towels were no more than rags; the breakfast buffet made us sick and the hot items were tepid. When we checked out at 6:00 am for an early flight to HCMC the receptionists were sleeping on a mattress behind the counter (very unprofessional). There are certainly better choices for less money to be found in Qui Nhon; well never return to the Royal Hotel. Its time for a new owner and significant reinvestment.

  Shock - Needs Work!

  Looking at pictures on hotel website prior to arrival we were excited for our overnight stay at the Royal Resort. Only to arrive and be very surprised at rooms and resort. Beds are harder than rocks, if you get a street side room the noise is loud all night and there is no avoiding it. Under maintained and Over priced.

  Terrible

  Booked a 2 night stay and checked out after the first night. My room was very large as was the bed. The bathroom had very bad lighting but also large. The room was inundated with mosquitoes and after complaining they send house keeping and place some type of candle repellent in the room. On returning from dinner the candle had expired and the room was still full of mosquitoes. The glasses and cups were filthy so bottled water instead of a coffee. My nights sleep was very very bad due to the constant attacks. I am sorry to say this was one of the worst choices for accommodation I have selected.

  Shut down this hotel

  I stopped by here for lunch which was terrible, the waiter got our order wrong and the food was very bad. Worst of all, at the front of the hotel there is a small cage with 3 monkeys. They were visible distressed as the were pacing around the cage. Complete animal cruelty.
