  Noise Ache

  If you want to spend all night in the strip club next door, and sleeping all day; this is the place for you. You can't sleep at night because of the music from the DJ. The staff were nice. The rooms were not. No wardrobe or cupboards, no drinking water or mini bar. Decor is awful. Good location, but I suspect this isn't meant for those on their honeymoon.

  Awful hotel

  I should of read the reviews but didn't and suffered for 2 nights someone previously said put ear plugs in but the music still gets through . I am never one to write a bad review but I wouldn't give this 1 star never mind 3 or 4 stars . rooms need renovation my sink was hanging off the wall bath tub seen better days too and as for the shower head well least said about it .. there is a reason it's cheap and that is the location which is great but dont stay here if you want a peaceful hotel

  Had its ups and downs!

  Stayed here with my partner for a long weekend booked through Groupon. The hotel was not as bad as expected after reading other reviews, but could have been much better! Here's the run down... First the good. Location was perfect, so easy to get around from. Very central. The room was clean and quirky. The location felt safe and was convenient. It was a very reasonable price. And the not so good...first the obvious. The hotel is sandwiched between a night club and a "mens club". Theres a lot of coming and going! There are women in leather waving cat o nine tails! They like to party in Kiev and the music starts early evening and finishes sometime between 6 and 8 in the morning. Not sure exactly what time as I had my ear plugs in! It wasn't loud enough to wake you up but was annoying enough to stop you getting to sleep. Take ear plugs. Ask for a quiet room. Next It was freezing! We had one very thin cover which wasn't quite long enough or wide enough to cover 2 people! And apparently there were no more in the hotel as we asked for a second and there weren't any. They did however give us a heater for the room which helped. All in all we have had a brilliant weekend in Kiev and plan to go back. Not sure it will be to this hotel, though it has been an interesting experience!

  Vibrating room from the noise

  I also should of read the reviews. We left the hotel after two hours..... Extremely noisy, tiny room with no window. The staff were also rude. I have been asking if they can give me a map of the city and they told me If I dont have google maps on my phone..

  Very LOUD. Room vibrating.... not in the right way!

  LOUD LOUD LOUD! The other reviews are accurate. Surrounded by nightclubs and strip clubs, you will struggle to sleep until well past 5am. The room was actually vibrating from the noise. Like another reviewer said, if youre planning on partying all night and sleeping all day this is the hotel for you. The room was tiny, literally just a bed (with a tiny thin duvet) and two small cubby holes for both our clothes. Also very very warm. Staff were friendly and helpful, but I would not recommend this hotel.
