  Very good stay!

  After the lockdown it was my first visit with a very good experience. I loved the location of the hotel, the food was awesome. Hotel staff was very friendly, special thanks to Front Desk team. I strongly recommend this place for young couples.

  Short vacation

  I was with my family in karma Royal monterio between 9th December to 14th December, it was a wonderful n unique experience both service & facilities wise of the hotel, special mention of Ms pallavi of the front office who was very humble, helpful, thoughtful in terms of client service a thorough professional approach to her job, I recommend her for a promotion, I have been in the hospitality industry for 35 yrs world wide in Senior Management cadre, good staff must be recognized n awarded for their efforts, all in all a very good experience, am a member of this club All the very best, regards Clinton Gomes

  Year End Goa Trip 2020

  We stayed in Karma Royale Monterio as part of our entitlement. We love to stay here. It was our 2nd stay in this property. All staffs are very friendly over there. Our house keeping staff Minal was very prompt for all her job. I always used to play 8 ball pool with Rajendra. He is sport incharge over there. Food provided at the cafe is also very good. We liked the buffet breakfast overe there. We had wonderful new year celebration. We actively participated there. It was a great program. We like to come there every year given the chance that we get confirm booking.

  Great Place to stay

  We loved our brief stay at the Karma Royal Monte Rio. Very nice and tranquil experience....loved the quiet, very nice room, great buffet breakfast and very helpful staff at the resort.. Overall a pleasant stay.. Special thank you to the staff at the reception, housekeeping, concierge, restaurant....for making our stay so nice..

  Not so satisfactory

  Our stay at Monterio was otherwise good - Food was good, people working there are helping, location wise good too ... BUT they must do something on the disgusting smell that comes in the mornings & nights. You can't sit in the balcony or keep doors open due to that smell...when made complaint at reception, we have been told there is a piggery nearby... which is bad as once stayed there you dont want to go there again. Also need to be updated about furniture specially the sofa cum beds are not at all in condition. all the AC's are old and noisy. We took our friends there and felt awkward. I have been to few of Karma Royal properties and found them in nice condition. Hope soon at Monterio will have improvements.
