  Awful

  Only the hotel location and view from the room and the restaurant. The reception man took more money than agreed here on the site where I reserved my booking. The bed was not comforting, the cleanliness level is bad, the furniture all over the hotel is old and bad, the breakfast is poor, the curtains are dirty, the bathroom is poor, the doors hand was broken and not working that we could only open the door using the key only, the TV remote control was broken but working, the TV quality is poor. I don't recommend this place for anybody especially families and couples.

  No muy recomendable

  Review Cleopatra Hotel Alexandria Lo mejor: la vista al mar es preciosa. El desayuno está bastante bien: pita, lafe y pan con tomate, pepino, pickles, falafel, porotos, queso blanco y untable, mermelada, granada, burekas y panqueques. Con café, leche, jugo y té. La habitación triple es bastante amplia. Uno de los encargados de la recepción nos ayudó a pedir un Uber y las señoras encargadas de la limpieza son muy amables. Lo malo: es un hotel con escasa refacción. En los pasillos habían cables pelados y el ascensor sin segunda puerta lo cual resultaba un peligro (cuando funcionaba). Si hablamos de funcionamiento, durante toda nuestra estadía no tuvimos wifi en nuestro piso. Cabe aclarar que tampoco hay en el desayunador. Nos habilitaron una conexión pauperrima en la recepción pero era muy lenta. El día de nuestro check out se cortó la luz por una hora y demoramos nuestra partida porque era muy complicado bajar las valijas por las escaleras. Al tratarse del invierno, de noche la habitación era muy fría y sin calefacción. El baño y toda la habitación tenía bastante humedad.

  Its a very bad hotel!!

  It was a very bad experience, the worst place Ive ever visited. Rooms arent clean, furnitures very old, doors are broken, no hot water, shampoo and conditioner packets are used!! Most of the rooms light bulbs are burned out, food is very bad, very bad service. It isnt recommended at all.

  Family vacation 2019

  On line pictures are deceiving They must be from glory times Run down hotel No phones in room No internet it was disconnected after one day Could not charge credit card for payment for three days either because they did not pay their bill or because no internet. After multiple attempts the machine show processing.... for hours but they won't admit no internet At the end they ask me to go to ATM and get cash to pay them They had all credit card information ahead of our travel and could charge, but I guess they have issue getting any credit card payment One full day with no hot water Bath rooms are dirty with mold on curtains Narrow dark hall ways Exposed electric in the bathrooms I dont recommend any one to stay there It's not safe at all

  Terrible Hotel

  I have booked at Royal Crown Alexandria hotel, the pictures available online are deceptive, totally different than the reality. The room was dirty, pillows were horrible, some areas of the ground floor were broken, there was no towels. I rate this hotels hygiene as zero. Even when i asked for towels, they provided dirty ones. Attached some photos of the terrible things we found. Dont visit!
