  Poor

  The staff were friendly and helpful. That is the only thing good about the hotel. Location is rubbish. Rooms are really out dated and of poor quality. The air con did work. The carpets were stained, marks and stains on the walls. Mildew in bathroom. The bathroom was clean though. I did not have breakfast, a colleague said it was rubbish. If you stay there leave hotel turn right, walk for about 10 mins there is a place that looks like a big hop which is open 24/7 and ops site the big top is a really nice cafe, only open normal hours. It's says 4 star, definitely not. It's over 100 Euro a night , not worth it.

  It was a bad experience! Not 4 star hotel, that's for sure!

  I booked 2 nights at this hotel without reading the reviews. And I was very disappointed. The hotel in in a bad condition. The rooms smell of old. The furniture is broken, with stains and in bad condition. The rooms are not that clean. In 3 days we stayed there the towels weren't changed. It was a bad experience. It's not fair to be quoted with 4 stars.

  2 star experience at the price for 4 stars

  Positive things : The room is big , clean . The position of the hotel is good , very central . Bad things : The sanitar object are old , the bathtub creaks when you walk in it . At the breakfast they did not ask us what you want , they served us a plate with same food for 4 days ( there were no fruits , cereals , milk , yogurt , etc) . The acces at the fitness and sauna is not allowed even though they put these at facilities on the site . The manager and the stuff have not an explication , they keep saying that it is not allowed . The heat with the AC ( the only way) it is not enough and the AC stops during the night ( no one is turning it off) . For 24 hours there was no hot water . The wifi works only in the hallway . In the bed the signal is off . The manager and the stuff are confused with the explanasions and they say all time different things . Overwall , it was a 2-star experience at the price for 4 stars .

  Bad experience.

  Basically I had a standard room . And the double bed was pretty small for 2 persons, the heater which is thru the air conditioner took ages to give us some heat , also for the hot water you need to wait like 15 minutes before a shower, the toilet flush wasnt working and inside toilet were some yellow stains, the bedroom floor had some massive stains on in . There were also some of the receptionist friends walking around until late night , doing a lot of noise. This isnt a 4 stars hotel , it doesnt deserve either 1 , so disappointing!

  Horrible

  This place is so bad They dont clean the bed sheets and it is disgusting. Im surprised that they still work, when the ministry of health should have shut it down. Do not recommend this place at all. THIS PLACE IS BAD
