  Would Not Recommend

  Absolutely worst Hotel I have ever stayed in not one positive thing to say. Stayed in loads of Hotels all over the world, the Royal Bay is by far the worst ever 1 star or 0 star rating if such can be given. Basic rooms in dire need of renovation & deep clean, food is inedible if not first in dining room your left starving staff do not replenish empty dishes, disgusting food served up quality & quantity disgusting & when complained to management by email (hotel manager never in) was told they only cater for Russians & Eastern Europeans have kept copy of email to send to holiday company I booked with. Eventually found a restaurant at other end of Elenite Pacos excellent food & drink so All Inclusive ended up costing more money plus holiday was not cheap £1.000 for 1 week. Found all staff apart from cleaners rude, unhelpful & ignorant, no available sunbeds at beach front as guests had belongings on them 24/7 & no staff would remove stuff, beds would lie empty from lunchtime to approx. 5pm when guests would then appear. Beach was filthy was never cleaned, Would never recommended to anyone, we will never return to this Hotel or resort.

  Serene and quiet

  The views are great. It's the last hotel near clifffs, the beach just bellow the terrace and the forest/mountain behind you. Loved it and would definitely visit again. Small swimming pool but varied entertainment options.

  Fantastic location great service

  We found our little corner of paradise at the Royal Bay Hotel. Initially we had booked a two-week holiday at a five-star hotel in Sunny Beach It was a disaster from the very beginning. We were ready to go home after four days. On the fifth day, in desperation, we explained our needs to a taxi driver and he brought us to the Royal Bay. We initially booked in for three days but almost immediately knew it was the place for us. We extended our stay for the remainder of the two weeks. Our nine days at the Royal Bay were fantastic, we found our little corner of paradise. The food: The food is excellent. With a considerable variety of choices. No ques or waiting for tables at meal times. The staff: the staff are great. They contribute to creating an environment that makes you feel special. They are polite, attentive and helpful. In fact, everything runs so smoothly you hardly even need to incur their services. Cleaning: The cleaning and hygiene was excellent. Our room was washed daily, and fresh towels were also provided daily. Bedsheets etc. were changed after three days. The beach and the sea: The beach is wonderful, clean and uncrowded. There was never a problem with finding beach chairs and umbrellas which were of course free of charge. The sea is wonderfully clean with clear water. Unlike in Sunny Beach, there was only a negligible number of jet skis, banana dragging boats and such like to pollute the environment with their noise while endangering swimmers. These machines also kept their distance from the shore. There were no restrictions on the swimmers. Management: The hotel Manager was extremely professional, friendly and flexible. She solved any little problem we had immediately. Although check out time is at 12.00 we were allowed a late check out. Since our flight was at midnight we were allowed to keep our room and check out at 21.00. I have not experienced this kind of service anywhere else in the world. Location: The location is fantastic. The hotel is excellently situated in the little village of Elenite about a 20-minute drive from Sunny Beach. The hotel itself is situated on the beach. Behind the hotel are wooded hills where one can take a stroll after dinner. After dinner we could sit on our balcony and listen to the waves over a glass of wine while the cicadas were chirping in the woods. Undisturbed by the horrifying dunk, dunk of disco music. There is no asphalt jungle here. It is also great for families with little children. I unreservedly and highly recommend this hotel. In conclusion I would say Royal Bay is predominantly a five-star hotel disguised as a four-star hotel. Peter & Mariya Mendis

  Never again

  Literally...never again.. Dirty beach full of cigarettes and plastic cups, old broken loungers, cold food every single time, staff not friendly at all with some little exceptions, during our week over there room service has visited our room only one time and they left 1 fresh towel(big thank you for your kindness), unlimited drinks ok BUT you can use only their small plastic cups - thing is that if you are on the beach you don't want to walking 10 000 times to grab next cup of some drink, unfortunately you can't use your bottle (their Elenite do you know what is recycling? You probably produce more plastic rubbish during the season then whole your country), next thing - coffee and tea during the day : you are able to take but they serve you in what?! Your tiny tiny plastic cup! Again!

  Never again

  the worse hotel we been to. Poor food always same , no choice, nim gluten free and didnt get one slice of gluten free bread for 2weeks- been told that will but never did. No fresh juices for breakfast only from concentrate. No one speak English, poor communication, very dirty is well, lobby bar had only 7 alkohol choices , for the whole one week there was no coke- told us to walk 800m to second hotel to get coke!!!. Kids club its a joke!!!! Sun longers all brok and mould on them- disgusting!! Paying 2k £ I wud eccpecting a slice of gluten free and a fresh juice!- never go back there and stay away.
