  Great location with very good 3 star accommodations

  We got an amazing deal with my familys RCI timeshare. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for the week and was in decent shape and clean. The staff was very helpful with renting beach chairs, umbrella, and accommodating parking for a third guest midweek. Use of grills to cook and eat on the beach was fantastic. Unit 8 has one bedroom, one bath, sleeps 4 with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable with the thinnest mattress. The king size in the bedroom seemed fairly new and was comfortable. Furniture overall was average and the unit was serviceable. Laundry facilities are available in resort, but we did not use. Luggage racks would be a great addition for the bedroom. Upkeep in the unit was lacking but it was clean. Slats were missing from the patio door vertical blinds and tiles were cracked on the bathroom floor. Grout was coming out from between the tiles throughout the condo. The dishwasher couldnt be used due to the soap dispenser not working. Everything else worked and since we were not expecting 5 star accommodations we were fine. Flies/bugs in the unit turned out to be termites when reported to the management. They were going to treat when we left. Thankfully we did not see any rodents or any indication of rodents. The location couldnt be better. There is a beautiful beach and safe swimming. Pelican watching and dolphins swimming by are an added attraction. There is a 7/11 across the street, 2 Publix within a 15 min drive, and Times Square within a 10 min walk. You could stay and cook on the beach or choose to walk to go to restaurants and shops. Overall, I would come back to the RBC, but maybe rent the town houses or at least see the other units.

  Excellent location

  This resort has a great location. It is right on the beautiful Ft. Myers beach and very close to pier, restaurants and shops. The units are partially updated but very comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. They only supply you with a started set of paper goods such as toilet paper, paper towels. They do not have maid service but you can do laundry at no cost for washer.

  Time for a makeover

  This was my 4th year of staying at the resort. The staff is great, the location is great, but i really think the age of the property is really taken its toll. The owners need to all pitch in and get and "extreme home makeover". The entire outside needs to be cleaned up, fixed up and modernized. Not only that, the interiors also need a full clean up and makeover to the small details. I stayed next door for 1 day at the end of my stay this year and if you go over there and take a look at their rooms, you'll know exactly what I mean. They're beautiful, clean, use upgraded materials (decor, bedding, tissue paper, TV, etc.), think of all of the small details, etc.

  lot of stairs and second floor is really third floor due to nothing on first floor

  Lots of stairs second floor is third floor. No lights on stairs Seen them checking chemicals in pool once i hope they do it every day since pool and hot tub where used by lots of people. I talked to people that use the resort and they said they have did more clean up around ground than any workers. They should rake beach everyday but looks like being to cheep to buy four wheeler and rake.

  Summer 2020

  Good location, couldn't have been better. Quick efficient check in and out, very good instructions, very well stocked kitchen for home cooking needs. Air conditioner was the only not up to standard we had during our visit. We kept all doors & windows closed but in the heat of a summer day on the 2nd floor it just could not keep up. Thank goodness there are overhead fans in each room, and I brought my own small fan with me and my handy extension cord. Most days we were out of the room anyway. This is a great resort if you are planning on being out and about as we always are, not luxury, comfortable and kid friendly.
