    The Hotel who refuse to cancel free your resevation during CORONA

    Been making this reservation through Booking,com on non refundable bases , when the outbreak of the CORNA and the implementation of non essential Travel , they still refused to cancel free and to refund, even they are not able to serve the breakfast in the restaurant , so you have to pick it up your self and eat it in your room. Poor management if they wantb to make their money this way

    Crappy hotel, never again

    I normally never write a summary on tripadvisor but this was so bad and i want to prevent other people to have a bad experience ;) I will start with the most positive thing(s) about this hotel. - Parking lot was ok - the location was decent. - enough towels in the room That being said, what bothered us: - room was dirty when we arrived. Windows neither the floor was cleaned - room has no airco and when we arrived not even the curtains were closed. It was incredible hot in those rooms. - the fridge was delivering heat, unfortunately it didnt cool our drinks inside. - never had such a weak breakfast. Bad sandwiches, no fresh juices, ... - it didnt seem like they care around covid measures. They did tell us on checkin that breakfast entrance is spread so we had to go on a specific hour however nobody checked this and the tables were closer than 1,5m which is recommended. - 2nd time they cleaned the room, they just changed towels. All sand was still there, imagine with kids in a room coming from a beach. The least they could do is making sure everything is clean In general this hotel doesnt care about making your stay as comfortable as they can: not friendly at reception, not friendly at breakfast,... the least they could do is try to make everyones stay as good as possible. We paid above 300eur for 2 nights. I dont or didnt expect 5* quality but if there is no airco, fridge nog working, no clean rooms et. Its way too much for what you get. Never again, i will be happy to pay 80eur per night more for a decent 4 or 5* hotel.

    What a joke

    The whole deal was a lie: the balcony was not a balcony, the "pool" was inaccessible (only 10 people max and they didn't leave all afternoon, the "pool" is closed in the morning). The breakfast was AWFUL, the service was TERRIBLE and the "canteen" was very dirty (nobody clearing away the trays). When we complained about paying an upgrade for NOTHING (no pool, no balcony), the manager said "ah well there's nothing I can do". The "view" on the "Japanese garden" is in fact a view on the tramline, a noisy tram that starts at 6 am (and the windows were open as there is no airconditioning).

    Please teach your staff to be polite

    The people at the reception , were maybe not rude in words , but their mimics were below everything. When asking something his eyes were turning in his eye sockets , which were showing the word " Idiot ". Also in the restaurant we had to look for smile or a gentle word.
