  El mejor de Phuket, super privado , ni siquiera se ve donde esta, te tratan como a un rey, los restaurantes maravillosos El unico pero, ls playa abandonada con toda la gente q tienen trabajando alli fos personas en la playa para limpiar el trozo q esta en el hotel seria lo ideal por lo demas maravilloso hotel recomendado para personas q no quieran ser vistas , si no quieres no te encuentras con nadie limpisimoo Toralmemte recomendado!!!

  Great hotel. Interesting location. Very relaxing.

  Incredible first impression created by reaching out and offering not only an early check in but - had we wished it - a 9am one. Beautiful entranceway with a grand open lobby - stunning. A quick tour of gorgeous grounds, delightful pool area and an upgraded (part of residents deal) room were all we needed to know this would be a great stay. The most visible management of any hotel we stayed in on this trip and a sense that they were there to help with anything you were not happy with. Stunning staff with lovely crisp linen uniforms and a lot of charm. We really liked the room here not huge but beautifully appointed as they say in magazines whatever that means! Lovely view. Comfy outside space. I would imagine one of the USPs of this hotel is its proximity to Patong you have all the benefits without actually needing to be in the thick of things. Indeed you have a slick five-star venue with gorgeous calm with all the madness and nightlife just minutes away. Of course at the moment not only is there no madness or night life but Patong is truly tragic (except for the beach which looks amazing). I thought Chaweng in Samui was bad, but this is next level it felt like a neutron bomb had been dropped. So why not a five? There was only one menu in all venues for the duration of our stay and it wasnt the most exciting. Particularly for a vegetarian. Now it was offered to do something off menu but the first attempt did not inspire confidence so that was a bust. The fine dining venue is only open on limited days during the pandemic. This is understandable and the rates probably reflect this but for us it was a shame. I am sure it is in the small print but had we known we could easily have moved our trip round to accommodate this. Also not sure of the music played in the restaurant particularly at breakfast time.

  Excellent service in Phuket

  Staying here for 3 days 2 nights during 26-28 February had a very great time here and very happy with our happy hour at Mai bar the best service from K Oak, K Men and K best they took a very good care of us those drinks they made were fantastic definitely gonna come back here again !!!!!!

  Most luxurious family hotel in Phuket

  It is already hard enough to find a real luxury resort in Phuket (beyond 5 star) which makes Rosewood Phuket a true hidden gem in this paradise. It is truly designed for a discerning traveller (especially with children). The beach is so beautiful with lots of sports activities offerred. The room is furnished with very high specification. Food is consistenly good across all the restaurants. Kids club is just amazing. The staffs are gracious and friendly. I just really cannot fault anything. The best part was the afternoon tea at Red Sauce restaurant. The scone was probably the best I have had in Thailand! A must-try! The management team is always visible should you need any assistance. My family and I had a really good time staying here and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

  Pool birthday visit

  Arranged a trip here to the pool/beach area for my boyfriends birthday. Contacted them prior to our visit to request for a customized macadamia birthday cake and OMG it was so delicious! Seriously shout to the pastry team Also I was extremely pleased and so happy with the food. Every single thing we ordered from the menu was great. The bread, pizza, burger, ceviche, tacos, starters amazing even the olive oil with the bread haha The pool staff were on point. They were attentive to our every need, continued to replenish water, prepared the day bed nicely, and super nice. They helped sing along with the birthday cake that was served for my boyfriend as well. The manager or supervisor I dealt with was very friendly and jack too the server by the pool Thank you Rosewood F&B team! My boyfriend still cant stop talking about what a delicious birthday he had
