  Delightful stay at Rosewood Guesthouse

  What a delightful BnB Rosewood is! Really convenient in the heart of Margaret River. It is charming, comfortable, clean and tidy, welcoming, but most of all, its the good old fashioned service and care from the wonderful hosts Keith and Jane. Friendly, helpful and really nice to have a conversation with. Oh and the breakfasts are superb!! Looking forward to staying with them again.

  Jane and Keith were great hosts - serving up delicious breakfasts (and with a great selection - full English breakfasts, waffles, daily specials) as well as offering up their depth of local knowledge: upon our arrival Jane spent a decent amount of time going over a local map and pointing out things that may be of interest to us. Would definitely recommend the Rosewood to anyone wanting a central location to Margaret River which is still quiet.

  Perfectly positioned in Margaret River

  We were lucky enough to book a room last minute. It turned out to be absolutely perfect for us as our family were staying at the Nurses Apartment right next door. Warm welcome by Jane and our room was huge. Breakfasts are awesome, set you up for the rest of the day. Although we only really slept and ate breakfast there it was exactly what we wanted. Bed was large and comfortable and we really only needed the ceiling fan at night. Keith was extremely helpful when we needed a freezer block for a visit to the Chocolate Factory. We felt very comfortable about coming and going when we wanted, reminded us of a very British Bed and Breakfast.

  Convenient and welcoming

  Excellent location about a ten minute walk to main streets of town. Traffic noise worse than expected but we had a rear room which minimised that. Breakfast is great but the time of only been 8 and 9 is limiting. Great hosts and very clean rooms. Furnishings quite dated. Common areas need fresh air with windows being opened occasionally as common area smelt musty.

  Charming B & B

  We have enjoyed a very relaxing, pleasant stay at Rosewood. The owners Jane & Keith are welcoming and are only to happy to share their knowledge with you, but also allowing you to have privacy to enjoy your stay. We appreciated the early check-in and all the added extras which were included with our stay. They look after you for the breakfast service and serve very tasty food, (blueberry hot cakes and Jane really understands how to work wonders with fruit, homemade jams etc). Location is so convenient and walking distance to town to a choice of Restaurants and eateries. We look forward to returning.
