  Would never visit this Island in million years, super disappointed!

  Disappointed beyond disbelief! Do not go to Bermuda! You would have to take test before airplane, at airport up on arrival, third day at stay and 7 th day too. Test performed painfully. Whole island shut down, nothing to do. We were excited about celebration for new year, did not get any excitement at all, but painful test up to brains. Everybody at hotel and whole island snobby and unfriendly! Terrible customer service, we got locked out at hotel room and could not even have dinner downstairs. Shop next to reception with African-Bermudian fellow was at terrible customer service, after asking him , what shops would be opened on the island, his answer was , I would not know, lol. Found few cockroaches outside patio, dead, but still!! Wow, 5 stars hotel, zero service, terrible food at restaurants and weather was sucks! We would never go back, even if you pay us!!!

  Amazing Stay

  We were in Bermuda recently and stayed at Rosewood Bermuda. We hade a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, everyone we encountered were friendly and answered any questions we had. The rooms were big and spacious, loved the bathroom, we soaked in the bathroom tub most nights. Covid Protocols were in place and we felt very safe. There was mask and hand sanitizers in the room. Looking forward to going back to Bermuda and staying at Rosewood.

  Private Dinner in the Rum Room

  For my birthday, I wanted a complete culinary experience for my guests. We are gin-lovers and often try new gins at home as well as in social gatherings. As a foodie, I wanted to incorporate a special menu that would incorporate our love for gin, set in absolute perfect setting. The Rum Room at Rosewood Tuckers Point did just that! From the moment I shared my vision with Serge, to meeting the chef (Dante) and mixologist (Trish) at the close of the event, everything exceeded my expectations. Everyone (Katie, Shaykyra, and Randy) was extremely accommodating and responsive to my requests. Even with a last minute dietary request two days prior to the event. Not only did Rosewood provide that wow factor for myself and my guests, but they helped to create the culinary journey of a lifetime. Thank you for your providing exceptional service for a most memorable birthday!

  Local Staycation

  We decided to take advantage of the locals rate offered at Rosewood for a staycation to celebrate my fiancés birthday. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and carefree. The staff were friendly and helpful and paid special attention to Covid 19 regulations, offering hand sanitizer and wore mask. The Island Brasserie Restaurant & The Tucker's Bar were both fantastic. We enjoyed room service breakfast which was rather reasonable. The view from our room on the third floor was unobstructed & breathtaking! We will definitely be returning soon :)

  Escape from it all

  Super relaxing stay. Large spacious room with luxurious bathroom and large balcony overlooking the pool and Harbour. Our challenging dietary requirements were no trouble at all. Loved AfternoonTea and in-room service. Fresh fruit and vegetables and cheesecake so good we had it twice. A fun golf cart ride to the beach club being made ready for the season and a heated lap pool. Thank you!
