    An idylic location full of charm and outstanding quality

    Wanting a short four day rleaxing holiday in the dolomites, we could not have chosen a more suitable spot. An easy drive from Innsbruck found us in this delightful and authentic tyrolean hotel. Small, pefectly formed, offering hospitality and a quliaty of cuisine that would grace the best of hotels. the food was plentiful, wonderfully prepared and served with a smile and humour by Monica and Daniela. This hotel really is a credit to the family owners. We no longer ski, but the ability to ski in and ski out should be wonderful for those that want a stylish hotel with less than 40 rooms full of charm and facilities to satisfy even the most discerning of travellers, a Lovely hotel.

    Amazing holidays!!

    Hotel Rosengarten is 25 meters from ski slope Carezza, has ski depo room, wellness, saunas,swimming pool, massage, nice parking place in front of hotel,underfloor heating in bathroom, nice simple beautiful rooms and amazing restaurant with very good stuff. Staff is always with smile and everything is possible. Food in restaurant is amazing, tasty with Alpe's taste. Congratulations to chef!! Many thanks to Jacky who made our experience better!! Many thanks to owners family Rechenmacher Maria, Hubert and amazing chef Roman. I'm renting 4 apartments in Dubrovnik and I learnt many things which I'll incorporate in my offer in Dubrovnik. Once more thank you all for making our hollidays amazing. We'll definitely come back !!!

    Deceitful Establishment. No Integrity and disingenuous.STAY FAR AWAY!

    This hotel basically stole our money. We booked this hotel for June 27, 2019. I was traveling with my pregnant wife throughout Italy. At 11PM we phone the hotel and told them that we were running late and would be arriving at 1AM. They said nobody would be at the hotel to greet us. So we asked if they would refund us if we didnt come given the late check in and the other hour and a half drive . The gentleman on the Phone, Roman, specifically told us that he would be happy to give us a refund and that we did not have to check in and he sympathized with our situation. The next day, a very rude, dishonorable, and shiesty guy named I. A. Petyr said that Roman was never authorized to give us a refund and said that he would not be refunding us even though we never made it to the hotel and relied on Romans refund assurance in deciding NOT to come to the hotel . What these people did to my pregnant wife and I is borderline criminal. If you dont care who you do business with, then stay at this hotel. Otherwise, these people are truly deceitful. Until this very day, Petyr and Roman continue to ignore us, refused to honor their representations and refund us, and made us rely on their false and deceitful representations. Had they told us we would not be refunded we would have drove the extra hour and a half to the hotel. We specifically relied on their false misrepresentations. I am shocked and sickened by this establishment and its employees, Petyr and Roman. I have nothing but distaste and resentment for this establishment. For those who care about character and integrity, stay far away

    Hiking

    Great and quite Hotel with super friendly people and great atmosphere. Food is super healthy and delicious. Good place to start many hiking and biking tours. It is a wonderful place for vacation and relaxing.

    Booking lost - Rude and not professional at all

    We tried to book a 2 days stay in this nice-looking hotel weeks in advance by asking to use the Italian holiday voucher we had received from the IT gov. After our first, as we made sure they had availability for our two days, encouraged by the hotel staff, we confidently sent the hotel office an email with our details and our voucher unique code. As I did not hear back from them after two days, I called them back and they told me everything was fine, and they were just waiting for one of their employee to get back to work after being on sick leave to validate our holiday code. After an additional week, they never sent an email nor called me back to finalize the booking. I then decided to call them again, but they never acknowledged my booking. They claimed they never received my email (I quoted them hour and day straight out of my gmail) and that, of course, there were only more expensive rooms left to book. Plus, they added they do not accept IT gov issued voucher and they proopsed me to pay in full and then wait for a refund. Utterly unprofessional, they left us with accommodation 10 days before departure rushing to book anything while prices were. Being professional, kind and understanding in the hospitality business is paramount: if you can't be any of those, you better change job
