  NIGHTMARE ON THE PROM !!!!!!!!

  THIS HOTEL AND SPA (OR SHOULD I SAY HOVEL WITH NO SPA !!!!! ) NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN. We took our 3 Grandchildren for a night in Blackpool. Saw the pictures on booking.com which didn't look to bad. Where they got these pictures from I don't know as they didn't look like what we was given. The room was dirty and stank!!! the view from the window was of rubble about 2 tor 3 ft tall. The shower was full of grime. We only stayed in the room for half an hour why we booked a different hotel, then got the hell out of there A.S.A.P. As we didn't want to catch anything. Please Please Please stay well clear. Hope this puts you off with the ret of the reviews which we should have read before booking.

  Horrendous

  I just hope people read the reviews before booking unlike me because as soon as you book there is no cancellation they charge your card straightaway. This hotel should not be open to customers and they know this. I just wish it could be closed down before any more gullible customers book expecting a lovely hotel with spa, pool or even a lounge area. It is outdated and poor quality.

  Do not stay at this hotel

  We checked in then went out. When we got back no one seemed to know we had checked in and could not fine our bags. There was a broken lock on our door so changed rooms as could not lock the door. Second rood could not lock the door as it also had a Brocken lock. Third rood had a filthy bathroom. When talking to the manager found him to be very unhelpful. Felt sorry for the night porter this was clearly something he was very used to. Went to a different hotel.

  Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in

  Shocking, no internet, cold showers, no heating, filthy bedding with stains on sheets, dodgy wiring, fire doors broke and propped open. Pool out of bounds, it was the most depressing hotel I have ever stayed in. Asked for card and then money went out of my bank account. Very rude staff.

  WOW...THE NUTS!

  Just wow...all i can say. I had a handful of nuts that were lying on the bar. They had been lying a good 48 hours like!! The barman on the other hand was a great guy. Always drunk and im pretty sure he slept on the bar floor
