  Good place to have as a base on French riviera

  t is lovely, budget place to have as a base for a visit to the French riviera. We had a two bedroom house with the kitchen. Local village was near by and it was the most authentic village of all we visited on the French coast, not touristy at all. You can buy cooked food in the Carefour and enjoyed on the house veranda, believe me it is much better than a food they serve in the restaurants

  A well kept secret...

  Roquebrune is stunning and a wonderful base to visit the coast nearby or do some wine tasting. The hotel is spotless and the service is second to none. The food is plentiful although not much variation...There is so much to do, swimming, tennis and organized excursions. Highly recommended especially if you have children. There are superb kids clubs across the age range included in the price!

  Excellent hotel in Provence

  We just came back from a wonderful long weekend with family in the French Riviera. We had selected Hotel Club Vacanciel Roquebrune-sur-Argens because it was in about 1 hour radius from the places we were planning to visit. The hotel is excellent. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and everyone in the reception spoke English. The rooms were clean and very well looked after. The setting of the hotel is amazing. It is set in beautiful gardens and has great views across to the village. Roquebrune-sur-Argens is a picturesque village and one night we decided to take a stroll and have some dinner there. There is a small selection of nice restaurants in the area. The hotel is child friendly, there were a lot of families during our stay. Our four year old boy had to trouble finding new friends. We would love to go back to the same hotel next time we are in the area.

  Fuimos por trabajo y fue muy completo el lugar. A destacar la amabilidad de los trabajadores del hotel y sus diferentes idiomas para la comunicación; siempre muy atentos y serviciales. Estuvimos en un bungalow, muy cómodo, pero no reponían jabón al cambiar las toallas. El único punto negativo es la comida. Desayuno con varias opciones, pero no gran calidad; almuerzo y cena variados (buffet), con una amplia barra de ensaladas, pero con platos calientes repetitivos y algunas veces recalentados.

  Best for families, shop around for best rate

  Small, but very comfortable rooms that are quiet because they are situated well away from all the activity areas. Great pool area. As a couple, we didnt plan to be here as this was more a family place, but kids are kept amused in other areas with activities, so you dont see them much. Easy walk to village. Just two issues: the receptionist wanted to charge us nearly twice the rate we saw on Booking.com. They matched the price, but when we extended our stay, they still kept the nightly price at the Saturday night rate, which is well above the high season price advertised at reception and in the room. Secondly, this hotel has so many facilities and activities but there was ZERO information about these in the room or offered at reception.
