  Good location and nice stay

  I booked a triple room. The space just enough for three persons. The door a bit hard to lock. So far it is a safe place because the security lock. And the washrooms clean just the signboard of it not clear. (Maybe can put Gentle or Female signboard/ Bathroom or toilet ) Very easy to get parking but need more time if at night. Can reach supermarket in walking distance.

  Nice room design ...Good location

  Very good hostel, it is clean for rooms. The environment is comfortable. Few games like darts available... The door a bit hard to lock. The washrooms is clean just the signboard of it not clear. (Maybe can put Gentle or Female signboard/ Bathroom or toilet ) Walkable to Giant hypermarket.

  Not happy with the management

  This hostel has gave us very good 1st impression when we step in. But after we rented monthly room package and slowly we found that their management had downgrade their services standard to those permanent tenants. In the beginning, they had provide fridge, microwave, breakfast and snakes to tenants, but after we move in , they slowly removed the facility and increase the rooms rate withouth notice and apply rules strictly not allowed to cook. In the other hand, I was loss my handphone charger in the common rooms and the management has ignore my loss .... I don't like their services attitude sometime when I stay here. Hopefully they'll do some improvement.

  Amazing Guest Relations

  We booked on agoda and immediately I was surprised to find a whatsapp from the management welcoming us. Even a 5* doesnt give such service to their customers. The management informed me of the room planned for us in advance and tried very hard to accomodate our requirements. We didnt however get to stay in this nice place in the end as we had two toddlers and we didnt want to share the toilet as it will be inconvenient for the kids. I am writing this recommendation as I think just receiving the welcome, helpful, accomodating and understanding mangement is good enough to give them a good review. Thank you Mr. Lian Sin for trying to accomodate our family in your establishment and I apologize again for cancelling.

  Clean, lovely hostel

  I love this hostel, so clean, comfortable and welcoming. We arrived very early and were allowed to check in slightly early which we were very pleased about. The theme is great, very simple but effective. We had a great sleep here :) We would definitely recommend and would love to return - Thank you!
