Great view and great hostsThis place is quite far out, which suited us fine but if you want to be in the middle of things then it's not for you. Yedda (host) came to pick us up from the bus station and the next day we rented a scooter (essential in Pai if you want to go see the canyon or hot springs etc). She also came to the canyon with us and sorted us out a BBQ for one evening which was great! Speaks excellent English and always willing to help. This place has an informal laid back vibe. The bungalows (or 'huts') are basic and you will share your hut with bugs or lizards of some kind. We even had a frog in the bathroom. I recommend taking earplugs as the nighttime wildlife is noisy and the cockerels wake you up pre-sunrise. Air con worked well and the beds are very firm but still quite comfy. Hammocks are a great touch.

love this placeI just got back from staying here for a week by myself, and absolutely loved the place. It's gorgeous surroundings and it was super quiet too, so I felt like I had so much space. Such a gorgeous atmosphere, a few bugs in the bathroom but you've got to remember where you're staying, it's bound to happen and it's just a few bugs. It's slightly out of town, but there are shortcut paths (download maps.me app, can use it with no data) and it will show you. I spent the first three days walking to and from town, around 15-20 minute walk each way, but at night there are a lot of dogs around Pai and after a close encounter with a few I ended up renting a bike, which was great because there's so much to see and explore around the area, it's incredibly tranquil. I wouldn't say that there is room service, although the bins are taken out whenever full and I'm sure the hosts would do anything you asked, they drove me into town a couple of times and were extremely friendly, but also gave me complete space. I stayed here to get some peace and quiet and it was exactly everything I wanted, looks exactly like all the photos and I was sad to leave. I will definitely be coming back here, it has a special place in my heart.

Nice scenic but I don't feel very safe due to the key can be used to open for all doors.(1) Distance to their place abit far but can go by feet from downtown. 15mins to 30mins depending how fast you go. (2) Scenic is good and hamlet outside the balcony is by far the best to read a book (3) Night time please don't leave your shoes outside as dogs will take them away of cos if you put food, it will be messy and gone. (4) 150baht taxi to town. Reception will help you arrange (5) Wi-Fi available (6) Toilet window door can be opened from outside. If someone is stalking you, this is not the place for you (ya ) (7) Door key should be strict. One key was able to open another villa. This is very unsafe. I accidentally opened another empty villa next to mine. I am living on room 7 or 8 and I am able to use the same key to open door 6? I opened by accident as I wasn't wearing my glasses. What a discovery. Lastly, Ms. Yedda is a nice person (the host) thank you for helping me on some issues. Thank you for everything.

NeglectedThis place has seen better days with a change of ownership taking place it is looking shabby. The current owner is a lovely lady but is moving on and has lost interest. The room is ok with large windows to enjoy the view, but as hazy season has begun the view was not great. This location is a few km from town but offers guests nothing in the way of a restaurant or even light refreshments. If you have transport, want to be out of town, this will suffice.
