  Situado en la cima de la montaña, por lo que las personas discapacitadas tienen que tener cuidado ya que es una pendiente muy empinada. Durante nuestra estancia no ofrecieron ningún tipo de entretenimiento. En lo que concierte al paquete de "todo incluido", servían las bebidas vasos minúsculos de cerveza que estaban llenos de hielo o refrescos. Durante la hora del almuerzo ofrecían helado. Pusimos un karaoke para satisfacer al propietario con la condición de que sirvieran copas hasta las 11:30 pero cesó a las 10:30. Nos dijo que si queriamos que se arruinase. Las habitaciones estaban limpísimas, la comida era de calidad, con variedad. Nos decepcionó la actitud del propietario mirando tanto la peseta. Podría haber sido positivo ¡es una lástima!

  Ok but not wow

  This hotel is what I would class as full board rather than all inclusive, the meal times are set and nothing available in between, drinks available only between certain times and from either pool bar in day (difficult to access from within main hotel if you dont want to sit by the pool) or main bar in evening. The food was again ok, nothing exciting and after 10 days was very repetitive. Must have been time of year (we were last to check out for season) but for entire last week there was no entertainment at all Room was ok, ours was above reception so pool could be heard played all hours! It was mostly clean and fresh towels daily which is nice. Staff we encountered were all friendly. It is located atop a steep hill, the local town is lovely if you just sit and watch the world go by, it would be good if the hotel were to give better guidance on the town and places to visit. Lots of guest seemed to just sat by the pool all the time and not venture anywhere on the island, Rhodes is beautiful if you just explore!

  We visited in September 2019, the hotel is spotless and the staff work extremely hard. Entertainment was very poor and only 3x a week,... the hotel is on the top of a very steep hill which we knew when we booked however we didnt know that there was nothing around to do, it was in the middle of no where so the location of the hotel for us was awful... if the entertainment was better in the evening and every night it would of helped as there was nothing to do at all, thankgod we took a pack of cards with us. The pool is absolutely freezing cold to the point it gave me cramp every time I got in, so in the end we spend most of the time at the beach which is about 30 min walk but well worth it, it's a shingle/sand beach but beautiful and warm . It's such a shame cause this hotel could be amazing if they had things to do there, again well done to all the staff as the hotel really is spotless and they really do work very hard to keep it that way, the rooms are very comfortable and cleaned every day with fresh clean towels every day too, if you want a really peaceful holiday and dont mind not getting out and about then this is the place for you, for us sadly we wont return purely for the location and coldness of the pool

  So been meaning to leave my review for a while now Stayed here for 2 weeks with my partner And the holiday itself and the location was wonderful However the hotel was not First of all I really think youll find a lot of reviews are from people who come again and again as regulars and feel loyal to the staff which is fair enough We met some lovely couples at this hotel whom weve stayed in contact with, all would not come again and one couple it was their second time here that wouldnt make it a third... On arrival we went to our room, mountain side view...we were directly above the kitchen and facing a brick wall- no view The kitchen staff start at 4.30am banging away, we asked to move room, staff excused tui not communicating with them room view requests (it was simply on our paperwork) and moved us 3 days later The room was a good size as family sized but outdated and everyday full of ants and mozzies, got eaten alive despite using everything The beds are 2 twins as Im sure you read pushed together The food is good for a week deffo repetitive after that, the alcohol limited and only 1 beer available We spent loads extra on this holiday eating and drinking out The pool area is not cleaned properly lots of stains on tables, dead bugs and lots of broken sun beds, snack area is one broken toastie machine When eating dinner the meat was often raw in the kebabs putting you off eating in future, I know couples we were with experienced the same The hotel is what you pay for but would be better as a non all inclusive I feel for the limited food and drink options Ignore the tui rep who says buses are a nightmare, they are cheap and cheerful allowing easy access to travelling around the island, which is beautiful The locals in town are friendly and welcoming The hill is hard work but you have to laugh about it, got a bit of daily exercise Made some lifelong friends which wouldnt happen if not at a small hotel, though common grounds were complaining about the hotel!! Beautiful island, shame about the hotel

  Nice hotel

  Food as good, weather brilliant, we had a lovely room in new block which we were pleased about because room in old block did look very dated , entertainment was inky at night and very hit and miss, karoake was excellent was like X factor between some of the guests they were fantastic !! Was hilarious when owners brother in his wheelchair after a motorbike accident came up to sing - deafening ! Mainly English guests and being September hardly any kids so there was always a good atmosphere, yes it's a bit of a way to beach shops etc and up a very steep hill, but if you risk it the village about ten minutes away is great with bars restaurants shops etc, we prob would go again for a week , we did venture into falaraki on the bus then got a taxi back - all ok
