  I will think twice..

  Stayed here for 2 days, they assigned a room next to emergency exit door, wouldn't do that again, everybody was slamming the door on the way out all night long. Guest were extremely loud. Beds were comfortable but not worth the "thin walls" you can here everybody conversations. Decent hotel-motel for the price. Hotel was clean. Unfortunately Jantzen beach is not a great place for great hotels. If you need a quick stop for a cheap price this will do.

  Love Carmel (front desk lady)

  The room could use a WAY better cleaning, but Carmel the front desk lady is Awesome! The rest of the staff very friendly also. Easy access to Washington and Oregon. Lots of good shopping and restaurants close Thanks Rodeway

  Still haven't gotten my deposit back

  The hotel was fine but I am disappointed I have not received my deposit back even though I was assured it would be returned to me . I wasn't even told of the deposit being charged so it came as a total suprise

  Clean rooms, shady parking lot

  The room was clean and basic. Poor lighting inside, but overall a decent room. Comfortable beds, good TV. Everything else (hallways, parking lot, lobbies) are not great. Hallways smell like marijuana, people wandering the parking lots all night, people living in RVs and cars on the property. Also, the parked cars are right outside your window which makes things a little loud. It also appears a lot of people live in this motel. There was a group of residents having a parking lot party outside my room one of the days I was there (smoking, drinking, loud music). Personally, I will not stay here again, but certainly not the worst experience ever.

  My new family!

  My stay here actually began on May 29th, 2020. Yes, that's right! I was lucky enough to call this location home for 6 months. My decision to stay here turned out to be the best choice I've made in a long time. I had the privilege of meeting and getting to know all of the staff and learn all of their quirks. From the GM and Front End Mngr, the housekeeping staff, to the maintenance guys and some pretty awesome guests. They all became my family and went above and beyond to make sure I was always happy. They all went well above their job descriptions and almost immediately became my family. Now, about the actual hotel. It's not fancy or overly decorated, but it's very clean, comfortable, and somewhat recently renovated. Every room has a nice balcony to sip your morning coffee on or have a nice evening, adult beverage. The beds are surprisingly comfy and the mini fridge and microwave do come in handy. The location is perfect. Convenient to just about any direction you need to go. Simply walk across the street and you're surrounded by Jantzen Beach Shopping Center. Just about any major retailer you would expect, plus many other shops and restaurants. The moral of the story is, stay here. You won't regret it. Tell them Brandon sent you. LoL.
