  Disappointed!

  As a long time member of the Choice Hotel Group we were very disappointed with our 1 night our stay here on our way to FL. The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful. However the first room we were given could not pick up their WiFi, so we were moved to another room. There wasn't a luggage rack in the room to put our suitcase on, nor were there any towel racks near the sink to hang wet hand towels. There was supposed to be a free breakfast, but all we saw were donuts. mini muffins, a waffle maker with no fixin's. Needless to say we packed up, checked out, and went to a nearby Huddle House for breakfast. This hotel seems to be in remodeling phase. Will we stay there again? Not soon.

  not great

  we stopped here on our way down to FL. The lady at the front desk was very personalble and kind. when we got to our room we found 2 double beds when I asked when checking in for 2 queen beds. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didnt work. I used my cel phone to call the desk to inquire about the difference she said they only have doubles and kings. the towel rack fell off the wall during our stay. definitely room for improvement.

  No internet, no breakfast, terrible service

  Half the hotel has No INTERNET. They told us and at least a dozen other people the wrong time for breakfast. When I asked why they don't simply put up a sign with the hours, they said they tell people the hours. Yes, but incorrectly. They put us in a smoking room also without asking. Worst part: they have a stupid answer for everything and then argue with you. Worst hotel in the last 50. Manager is 23 years old and an idiot. STAY AWAY!!

  Roach Motel

  I am truly disgusted by the overwhelming amount of roaches I came across within my first 20 minutes of my stay. This careless sorry excuse for a "hotel" is well aware of their infestation - yet there is and will NOT be any further action. After driving 20+ hours I planned on relaxing and enjoying downtime with my family. However, I would have much rather have slept in my car. You would assume with coronavirus this place would be spick and span for their guests, but it is the farthest thing from clean. There were dirt and other unknown substances covering the walls, along with roach eggs! I have never been so disgusted in my entire life. The lack of effort is pathetic for a so-called "hotel". this is barely a one-star stay! I wish I could put a dang zero. A lesson on hospitality and guest services is well needed.. maybe add in a cleaning course as well. - I would love to add when this issue was brought up we got offered ROACH spray along with other cleaning supplies. I was unaware that when you pay to stay at a hotel you are expected to sanitize/clean your room.

  Comfortable bed

  If you dont mind smell, raggedy discolored towels and banged up doors, I guess the low price is a deal. Coming up the stairs, two guys drinking and pontificating some religion and then we got view of waterless pool, laughingly ms. clerk had made like we were getting a really nice room across from the pool. Am disappointed Choice.
