  Laid Back

  Laid back stop. Soft sheets and toilet paper. Great water pressure. Awesome staff. Especially housekeeping. It was a pleasant and restful stay. I felt safe and comfortable there. Very little nearby. Might not be great long-term or for families. Good for a few nights, etc. Fair prices. Great vending machines. AMPM across the street is really clean with friendly staff.

  No coffee maker in room. No coffee offered in lobby. No breakfast offered. Does not participate in the choice privileges reward program. Shower does not work. Towels are dirty. Soap not included. Bedding may have been changed, or maybe not. This property is way worse than when it was a motel 6. Nothing says neglect more than this property. Almost nothing works, but there is electricity and plenty of parking.

  Rice hill inn

  I have stayed here twice. Once for a week and once just over night. It is the best option in the area. Denny's and a gas station near. The hotel is not overly busy, there is great parking and an indoor pool.

  Wouldnt stay here again.

  Room wasnt very clean. Floors in bathroom were dirty. Carpet hadnt been vacuumed. Sheets and comforter were old. I wouldnt stay here again. We Were very uncomfortable but had gotten in late so didnt want to find another hotel.

  Clean, Quiet Budget Motel

  Read some negative reviews of this place so I was wary, but my room was clean, modern, quiet, comfortable, and certainly worth the $50 a night rate. This little place is basically a truck stop, but I had no issues. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and quiet, plenty of parking (even for trucks), Internet service worked fine, microwave and refrigerator in the room worked fine, fresh coffee in the lobby, plenty of TV channels available, water pressure was good, the wood tile floors were clean, and the owner was onsite and very helpful. I would gladly stay here again if I needed an inexpensive clean place to stay. Nothing fancy, just a clean, comfortable place at a good rate. I had a first floor King room - 110. No complaints at all. Some restaurants and gas stations nearby.
