  WORST MOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN!

  Sketchy terrible motel and OVERPRICED for what a dump it is. Firstly, there was a car window broken in the parking lot and they didn't clean up all the glass. The first room they assigned us smelled terrible, the toilet didn't work, there was no phone, and it was dark as a cave. When we told the lady at the front desk to reassign us because the toilet doesn't flush, she said "Are you sure? You have to hold the handle down." Like HELLO we know how to flush a toilet, it is BROKEN. The second room they gave us was only a bit better, except the tub was dirty, the door was too small for the doorway so sunlight bled through all around, and none of the outlets except one worked. Also, when we visited their wifi didn't work. Go figure. Sketchy motel, they do not give a crap about giving good service because they get plenty of business from people going to the NOS center for concerts so don't expect them to care about you as a customer.

  They deserve no stars

  The woman at the front desk was rude, condescending, I had to ask her the same question about 10xs before another employee repeated exactly what I said for her to answer. If I wasnt in a crisis to find somewhere to crash for the night there is no way I wouldve stayed & I wouldnt recommend to anyone else either. There was gang graffiti on the walls improperly patched holes in the walls. In addition the shower water did not get hot although I had to wait for it to so called warm up it was filthy we used our own blankets the beds are on wooden planks not box springs.

  Worst trip ever

  There horrible customer service not only was rude and uncalled for but sent me into an out right PTSD attack and I had to leave. It was last minute so because of them I not only had to book another hotel last minute but had to do it with my PTSD attack. I would not recoment this place to my worst enemy.

  Dont expect much

  Check in was rough. The owner/checkin person was not friendly or welcoming. The room was cleanish. The furniture was old. The fan in the bathroom was barely hanging on. The pillows were TERRIBLE! The bed was lumpy. I wasnt expecting the Hilton by any means but dang. They had ice but no ice buckets. Thank goodness for the gas station and that it was only one night.

  COCKROACHES!!!

  DO NOT STAY HERE! SERIOUSLY! YOULL REGRET IT!!! We rolled the dice ordering a night on Hotwire to save $20 but we didnt know what hotel until after we purchased. Oh man, did we lose! We arent big complainers and can usually handle just about anything but dang, this place was so beyond nasty. There was a used bar of soap with hair all over it in the shower drain. Hairs all over the bed sheets. There were no batteries in the smoke alarm. TV didnt work correctly. The most horrific part of the evening was seeing cockroaches crawling around, trying to hitch a ride home in our duffel bag. Thankfully we saw them before we brought our bags into our bug free home. Dirt, dust and grime an inch thick everywhere. What does the housekeeper do during her shift? I can tell you what she doesnt do. She sure as heck isnt cleaning! Youll be sorry if you dont heed my warning. Saving $20 isnt worth getting cockroaches! Nasty beyond belief!!!
