  Vehicle broke down and was in shop.

  This an older motel... renovated in 2016. Theres no pets or smoking allowed. $250 fine if caught. Your not supposed to enter your rooms through the lobby doors...even though the doors to the rooms are on the inside. Your supposed go outside and enter through the side doors and walk to your room. The doors from your rooms to lobby are locked. Breakfast does not start until till 7 am...so we didn't get the continental breakfast. Wash cloths and bedding were very dingy! Bed was firm,  but pillows were great! I took a nice hot bath, but ended up looking at some black moldy caulk.

  Am I in a crack house?!?

  Came down to Memphis for the first weekend of Memphis in May. I didnt book the room and I wouldnt have book here to begin with but since we just needed a place to sleep and bathe. The first room we were giving had a big a$$ hole in the ceiling. In the bathroom the ceiling had a hole in. The second room had no light bulbs. The third room smelled like a rotten body. The final room the AC doesnt work and the bathroom light is broken and no lock on the door. None of the rooms had a smoke detector!! The electric outlets do not work and the one that does is for the tv microwave (if you need to charge your phone one has to be unplugged). This has been the worst experience of my life and I feel somewhat bad bc families are living in this hellhole! They need to tear this sh!t down. We had to sleep with a chair under the door bc there isnt a d@mn lock on the door!! Oh and they made up put down a $10 deposit for an iron! They have no standards and their customer service does not care what happen to you or this place. All of this to say if you are looking for the local crack spot or prostitution spot in Memphis this is the place to come.

  Horrible, horrible!

  We booked our first night in Memphis at this motel. Huge mistake! When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling and we saw this building we thought OK, not at all like the pictures and in a bad area but well give it a try. The manager was quite rude and when we went to the room it was noisy, people running from room to room, slamming the doors. The room was dirty, the linen was not clean and the bedspread had burnholes. We went to ask for another room and outside theres four policecars with sirens going. They saw us with our bags and came to us, said we shouldnt stay here and recommended another hotel far away... 5 minutes stay at this place and never again!

  Awful

  In ten years of booking.com purchasings it never happened to me that a reception could not find a reservation. Just two days before it happened the se thing to Rodeway Inn Nashville so I decided to call in advance before being at reception. At phone receptionist could not find my reservation: I called Booking.com and they offer to recharge me the extra money I would have spent for another motel. Rodeway Inn is not reliable and should not appear on Booking.com researches. Good luck to its future guests.

  Horrible, disgusting, dangerous

  Don't ever think of booking this place, it was moldy, the carpets were filthy, there was water pouring out of the A/C, I felt my health was in danger inside and my life in danger outside. Choice Hotels need to dump this place ASAP
