  Needs updating

  Wow - tube tv's. Haven't seen one of those in 10 years. Rooms match the the tube tv's. Old and dated. I almost wanted to purchase a flat screen and gift it to the room. They are not that expensive. Common areas are very musty smelling. Pool was closed. Lots of disappointed kids. Breakfast was lots of carbs. Rooms were very small but appeared to be clean. Room windows need replacement. So much moisture in between the panes you couldn't see out. Front desk employees were great. I stayed here 14 years ago and to me it looks like nothing changed.

  Clean, good value.

  This hotel is in the middle of Wisconsin farming central. Just off highway 29 (major east west highway in central Wisconsin). Near fast food restaurants. Facility is clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and adequate continental breakfast. Will stay here again.

  Good stay

  Reading the reviews in advance I was a little worried about staying here. Within 2 minutes of check in those worries went. Its a great place and outstanding value for money . Staff cant do enough for you and are so friendly. The outside of the building doesnt do it justice. Room fit for purpose , clean, and quite. No worries about going back.

  Little Bit Sketchy

  We got to the hotel for a family funeral and were a little nervous. It's not lit up at all and there was nobody there. Our cousins got a room there also and the smell was absolutely terrible. They asked to switch rooms but there were no rooms left. They were given off-brand Febreeze instead, so our whole hallway smelled like a baby butt, rather than the indescribable smell before. Our bathroom sink was cracked, like somebody had sat on it, but it hadn't been fixed. Since the whole family was there, we asked if we could use a conference room or something so we could all be together. The staff recommended the six four-person-tables breakfast area. Speaking of, the free breakfast was plastic wrapped store bought muffins and our aunt pressed the button for coffee and ended up filling multiple cups, because it brews one pot at a time, but there is no sign stating that anywhere. While the family sat around the egg smelling breakfast area last night, some of the younger cousins went swimming. The pool area was hot and we the adult supervision could hardly stay in there because of the intense chlorine smell. However, we were really tired, and it was nice to have a bed to sleep in, no matter how smelly the room was or how much hair was in the bed. We give 2 stars, because we're giving the benefit of the doubt that it's not always like this.

  Smelled terrible

  We stayed here to visit local family. Overall room was clean but the smell hits you hard as you walk in the room. All of us noticed it immediately. Very musty or mildewed. We turned the fan on but it clearly was coming from the unit. Couldn't open the window for fresh air cuz the screens looked like this so we dealt with the overpowering smell. Will pass on this one in the future.
