  Un sitio agradable.

  TERRIBLE! DREADFUL! DO NOT STAY HERE.

  This place had no continental breakfast. Towels were dirty shower curtain had snot on it curtains didn't work and there was a huge spotlight shining in our window. Tub very dirty and clogs up. Hair hanging off blow dryer and definitely not mine I brought my own dryer. Not a cleaned environment. Old old smelly place not updated rooms like pictures show. Loud noises of police sirens and ambulances all night. Tons of homeless people hanging about with no rooms like just sitting in the hallway. Workers had their kids there running around! I would never recommend this place to anyone. All around BAD! If I could I'd give it 0 stars.

  Horrendous

  Worst hotel ever! If I could rate this place a -100 stars it wouldnt be enough! Stay away! This place was super sketchy, and the service was awful. Sketchy people standing outside of the hotel had us fearing for our safety. The employee checking me in was eating french fries and taking personal phone calls while there was a line to check in. They also had dirty fingers and nails which was disgusting. The rooms had post-it notes on the door with the room numbers written on them. All the rooms smelled like death and old body oder. The employee then didnt understand why I asked for a refund, suprise suprise. The manager/owner was present and he said that they were remodeling. Worst experience ever, run away from this place! Sleeping underneath any Indianapolis bridge would be a better experience.

  Newly remodeled

  Was real surprised a good hotel. Very friendly staff. Checked in got a newly remodeled room on 5th floor. Had microwave, refridg,coffee maker. Went to restaurant they were giving area children christmas presents. They made sure before I checked in that I knew the indoor pool was down for remodeling (I never even knew they had this) but guess once remodeling over be good to take kid's swimming in winter

  Beware of $200 cash deposit

  I do not recommend booking your stay here. I saw the same attractive photos you did and was lured in by the low price. It was only on the day of my trip that I actually read other people's reviews on Google and learned that this place requires a $200 deposit--which they only accept in cash. I thought, "That can't be right." So I called the hotel. The phone rang and rang. No answering service. I hit the road and had to call four times over several hours before someone finally answered. To be fair, the man who answered was very polite. I asked if it was true they required a $200 cash deposit to stay at the Rodeway. He informed me that yes, that is true. I asked why that hadn't been mentioned anywhere online or in my confirmation e-mail, and he didn't have an answer. It felt very fishy. If they don't even tell me upfront I have to pay a deposit, how can I trust I'll get that money back? So I canceled my reservation. The man on the phone said they could refund my money, but that hasn't happened yet. I'm going to have to follow up with them. Please don't stay here. Ethical businesses don't operate this way. There are plenty of other motels in Indianapolis that will be transparent and honest with you. This is not one of them.
