  Borderline at best

  We arrived here exhausted after a very long drive up from Florida and needing to stop. We have generally been very pleased with Fairview Inns. The young man at the desk was polite and helpful. Room rate was $50. The room 107 is old and in need of updating, but appeared to be clean. It did have the very strong and unpleasant odor of room deodorizer. The shower pressure was good. Shortly after we arrived, we seemed to be getting bitten by something. I checked for bed bugs, but did not find any. The next morning we awoke with probably 10 bites each. We do not think they are mosquitoes as it is 15 hours later and we both have big whelts and they still itch. The parking lot was very noisy. We would definitely not stay here again.

  Less than a dirty motel

  I checked in to this "place" to do some computer work and had to leave soon after due to the condition of the room. NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE. It's below the bottom of the barrel. Bed, furniture, carpets are all below terrible. Awful "motel". Front desk people are reprehensible! Put $10 on whatever you were quoted or going to pay, and go ANYWHERE else. Its that bad. I think there's a Days Inn nearby. Stay there instead.

  Cheap, Noisey, Infested, and no hot water.

  The room was cheap, but it was infested with termites. The walls are very thin, you can hear noise/tv in the rooms next to you. The hot water supply is very low. The water does not get hot, and it only stays warm for about ten minutes. The parking lot was full of people just hanging out.

  Stop for the night

  Stopped here for the night. Pamela at the front desk was very helpful. On site restraunt makes it great for your evening meal as well as breakfast the next morning. Very satisfied with my experience here. Will use their services again if I'm in the area.

  True Budget Experience

  You wont confuse this with anything other than a cheap rundown motel. On the positive side: the heat worked, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water for a shower, the room had a fridge and microwave. On the downside, the chain lock on the door was broken so no security, the handle fell off the shower faucet, the sink had been broken and glued back together, the place is badly in need of updating, parking lot is filthy (my dog found almost an entire meal to eat right there).
