  OK hotel in St. George

  This is an OK hotel. It's a budget hotel and I would not compare it to a Hilton. For the class of hotel, it was OK. My room had been refurbished and had a "wood" floor and tiled bath. A couple of things didn't work when I arrived but the guy from the desk came and fixed them quickly. They were things that kids had screwed with. I left before the breakfast, but it seemed that they offered typical fare for this type of hotel...juice, coffee; I think I saw hard boiled eggs. Since I was leaving early and there was no coffee maker in the room, the lady at the desk offered me some instant coffee from her apartment. That was nice. The room was pretty large, the bed was good, the room was pretty clean, the Wifi worked pretty well and the TV and cable were good. Be aware that the street in front has fast traffic, so I asked for a room far away from the street. The noise level was not a problem back by the pool. I'd stay there again. D from San Diego

  A tono!!!!!!

  Como todo buen hotel de cadena...... excelente. Pero lo que caracterizó a este..... fue la amabilidad de sus empleados. Atentos en todo momento. Desde los recepcionistas pasando por la chica del desayuno (quien en realidad no se da abasto) hasta llegar a las camaristas. El único bemol que le encontré fue las habitaciones suites en verdad reducidas de espacios. El sofá cama pegaba con la cama. El baño tiene el espacio JUSTO........

  very friendly staff great pool nice room. excellent location lots of parking . breakfast is always ready . we stayed for 2 days and hade a great stay . many wonderful hiking in dixy rock and snow canyon .

  Great value hotel. Very welcoming.

  Seen some of the other reviews on TripAdvisor, after booking! We stuck with our booking and were glad we did. It is a very good value hotel. Our room was clean and a good size, with a microwave and fridge. The bed was big and comfortable.We stayed in a ground floor room and there is level access but... It's just one spot by the disabled parking bay. This is of course fine but maybe not obvious. Door looks big enough for a wheelchair but I didn't measure it. I would definitely stay here again, when I'm next in St George.

  Trust me, Just simply avoid this place and go elsewhere.

  Rarely do I write a review.......but the next family should be warned so they don't have a miserable experience like we did. Unless you like being roasted like a chicken, avoid it at all costs. There's a reason people say you get what you paid for. It may be cheaper than other hotels in the area but here's a few reasons why: We arrived at approximately 8pm, walked in the room, and it was above 85 degrees in there. Cranking up the AC to even reach a normal human indoor temperature....well it was a horrible like being in an oven all night long. On top of that, being on the road for 10 hours, we just wanted to relax, and watch TV, see the news considering we're in the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic and George Floyd protests and rioting. THE TV DIDN"T WORK. We spent 20 mins with the night desk guy in our room climbing on top of the credenza repeatedly saying " We have been having trouble with Dish for a couple of weeks." So what you are saying is .....you KNEW there was no cable TV functioning in the rooms but failed to disclose it upon checking in??? The bathroom is tiny, there were zero amenities, they couldn't even make the standard alarm clock in the room work. No coffee in the rooms, if you need caffeine go elsewhere. Trust me, spend another $20-$30 and spend the night elsewhere.
