  Fitful sleep

  The concierge is behind bulletproof glass. The key envelope advises you to deadbolt the door, secure your valuables, and verify the ID of anyone at the door. People are hanging out in the open doorways of their rooms. Google shows that this is a "Beam Team" neighborhood, a Richmond gang whose name comes from putting laser sights on their guns. Loud cars roaring by all night. Slept little, and glad to move on.

  Paper thin walls

  Bad layout for the rooms, paper thin walls, super noisy there is no way you can fall asleep, terrible hotel ruined my holiday. Super trashy, the staff and the entire premises. Safety is concerned stay away.

  My stolen car was found at this motel

  and the person who stole it was staying there. She was plying trade from the room. Police run routine checks of plates here, as the chance of mayhem taking place here is high. There is no reason for actual decent people to chose this place.

  Incredibly clean for the money

  One of the cleanest motels Ive stayed in for the money. Staff incredibly nice and willing to help you as much as possible. Stores and restaurants are not a far drive. Its not in the best area but I never felt unsafe staying here while my husband was at work. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

  Decent but beware

  The rooms are extremely small. Stay here if you are by yourself traveling on business. No way are these rooms meant for a family. Everything is bunch up and there is a short hallway with a sink that leads directly into the bathroom. Try not to hit your shins as your going down past the bed. The bathroom needs a full gut. The shower has seen better days and while the maids do a half decent job of cleaning it's obvious that they never clean he shower. I had long black strands of hair clear as day on the shower wall the whole week I was there. They never bothered to clean it. I ended up staying here a week and a half for business. I had planned a longer stay, but my work schedule changed. I booked via 3rd party as that appeared to be the only way when I looked online. I cancelled my following reservations and was within the guidelines for a full refund. Surprise surprise, they charged me! I called immediately and asked for a refund and a guy named Raj yelled and argued with me. He claimed that I never cancelled and wouldn't refund me. Talked to the manager the following afternoon and his argued with me as well. I'm still fighting to get the refund and wht so you know, they just charged me again two days ago. Beware of this place. They like to steal your money. Note: That's my blanket and pillows. The stuff they provided was terrible.
