  never again - should be torn down and listed as contaminated

  Pictures do not reveal how aweful this dump is! We were promised "free deluxe continental breakfast, free wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, business center, 39" flat screen tv, micro-fridge, coffee maker in room on demand, double pillowtop mattresses, free coffee, pets welcome w/ fee." What was delivered: two kinds of cereal, no bowls, milk from long-overdue fridge to be defrosted and cleaned, half a loaf of stale white bread, strawberry jelly, two kinds coffee, creamer, sugar. What is deluxe about that? The grumpy woman behind the desk, did not greet us, didn't dress professionally, and had a large German shepherd dog that barked at the customers, we were given a smoking room, no fridge, no microwave, flat pillows, three in blue covers (one put on inside out), one white, two flimsy towels. I slept in a sleeping bag from our car with my own pillows. Only husband took a shower in gross shower, stained by smoke, toilet ran all night, air con fan kicked on and off. This place should be condemned! I can't believe Choice Hotels even offers this dump! Yes to wi-fi, the only positive thing. Carpets gross, beds just like James pictured.

  Don't Stay Here

  Even checking in late in the day, it took over 2 hours to get my room cooled down to be able to sleep there. The breakfast was a joke. There was only cereal and toast with coffee and juice. The owner was too cheap to buy bowls for the cereal. When I asked the front desk if they had any bowls, she stated there was none and I had to use a cup so I left and ate breakfast elsewhere. There was also a awful smell coming from the other side of the counter in the lobby. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Don't stay here.

  Not what I expected

  I just needed a room for the night and that's all it sufficed for. I was leary of sleeping in the bed so we slept on top of the blankets with our own blankets. We had to kill a roach as soon as the light was turned on and the curtain (shower curtain) fell when we smashed the roach. The tv made a godawful sound when you used the remote to do anything and it was in Spanish only, no way to change that. The entire property needs to be renovated!!! It sufficed for a few hours of sleep.

  SHAME ON YOU!

  This would have to be the most disgusting hotel my family had EVER stayed in. I would actually state that this hotel is a health hazard. We had a non smoking room, but the room stank. I have a lung disease and litterally could not breath in this room. My family decided we would use the shower and leave... we have never felt dirtier getti out of a shower in our lives! When we brought the dissatisfaction up with the owner, his statement was what do you expect for a cheap hotel? I expect to not feel as though I need a hepatitis or tetanus vaccination! The pool was surrounded by old mattresses. The washing machines did not have any lids... I didn't even feel comfortable parking our car in the parking lot. Expected to come out and find it on bricks! We booked this hotel through Expedia... they should be ashamed to allow establishments like this to advertise on their website. No refund possible... don't waste your time or money!!

  HORRIBLE PLACE. NASTY!!! Front desk personal would not even get out of her chair to wait on me. NO TOWELS IN THE ROOM. She tried to push them thru the small opening that everybody sticks their money and card through. Bathroom smelled like URINE! Bed covers had dirt/stains on them. The mattresses were dirty and torn at the bottom. The room smelled bad. Went back to the front desk IMMEDIATELY for a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND SLEEPING IN FILTH!!!
