  Hotel was non smoking room. Big sticker sign on mirror once You entered the hotel room. But, everything smelled strongly of cigarettes & room wasnt up to par. Bed was not very comfortable. Clerk was very nice & considerate of our concerns.

  Smoke, noise, carpet, cool hot water

  As others noted the room smelled of covered up smoke (seemed blended with pot, but that could be my imagination) upon arrival. I was alarmed in the middle of the night when the cigarette smoke smell was so strong I thought there must be a fire in my room or below. Turns out that the construction or ducting allows all rooms to be a sieve to the next. I think someone below me was smoking and my room sucked it up. The carpet had evidence of not being vacuumed well (bits of plastic tags etc -- tried not to look so closely for dirt!). And -- just the luck of the draw: It didn't help that the place had rooms full of people who were partying. Hey Sunday night still counts as the weekend, right? At least it was more subdued, just lots of talking mainly. Not an intrinsic problem with hotel but disruptive nonetheless. Glad I always travel with earplugs, which were helpful for the barely blockaded road sounds on the other side of my door. On the plus side, bed sheets looked clean without using scented detergent. Real marble surfaces for bedside, hutch, and sink. Cleanish functioning bathroom -- but hot water was only lukewarm and the shower curtain has mold at the bottom (3 feet by 8 inches). Big flat screen TV, generally clean upkept appearance for the room. Price was reasonable. So I suppose this is what you might expect.

  DISGUSTING

  This hotel is disgusting. We got here and one of our rooms reeked of mens cologne and cigarettes. The covers and mattresses were all stained up with yellow spots, one even looking very fresh. The walls were completely stained and falling apart. We got two new rooms and one had a god awful smell. Both rooms had gross blankets, pillows and sheets. Would NOT recommend. If I could give this negative stars, I would.

  HORRIBLE!!!!!

  The room was out of date with have finished upgrades. The curtains weren't even hung correctly. There were cigarette burn marks in the blankets. Had no working tv or internet. Only answer we got was someone would have to look into it the next day because no one could help tonight. Listened to the toilet gurgle all night when the next room flushed. Then the toilet stopped up early in the morning and called for a plunger and then I had to go get one they couldn't even bring it to me. Was told we would get a discount from the front desk and got nothing. I stay in hotels across the country and this is the WORSEI have ever encountered.

  Unprofessional

  We booked a room online and got a reservation number, only to find out on the day of arrival that they cancelled the booking without informing us, just because they wanted to accommodate walk-ins. The person manning the counter was casually lounging in the reception area, was rude, unprofessional, drunk, and did not even wear any uniform to identify himself as a staff of the hotel. He did not even looked at the booking number and just simply said, the the hotel is full. I would avoid this place if you are considering an accommodation. There are better hotels nearby.
