  Stay away, terrible motel.

  Desk clerk was busy playing with his phone and ignored us. The motel is old and run down, if I could have canceled I would have. There is a 100.00 deposit required in case you damage the rat hole of a room.

  Adequate

  Our room was clean, though not attractive. There seemed to be some sort of leak in the bathroom, though we couldn't identify it. Phone didn't work at all; phone number on all information about the hotel has an incorrect area code (it should be 423, not 432). They required a $100 deposit, and we waited to make sure our room was declared ok before we left. it was adequate for our needs.

  Stay away far away

  Made a reservation on Booking.com drive all the way to Chattanooga get to the hotel and try to check in and they said they want a $100 cash deposit on top of what they already took off my card automatically from the Booking.com website so I call Booking.com and their customer service calls the hotel and asks for the deposit to be waved since it guaranteed from their website and they refused so Booking.com cancelled my reservation but the hotel said its not eligible to be cancelled because its day of so they refused to return my money so Booking.com said go find another hotel and well reimburse you from our end... this is ridiculous so I had to use my extra money to get another hotel and got to wait 3-5 days for a reimbursement from Booking.com

  Would never stay here again!

  The hotel looks old, probably OK for the price we paid, but barely meets minimum standards. The place looks beaten up, refurbished inadequately. We saw small roaches. Beds were not very comfy. Overall we did not enjoy our stay here.

  Warning Additional CHARGES. Unethical business practices.

  Booked a room thru Booking.com for a one night stay & pet friendly. $43.97. With our pet.Pay apon arrival. Apon arrival there was no signage and a bit hidden. There was no one at the desk for checkin and had to call .Attendant showed up took my credit card and charged my card then asked us who was staying. I said it was in the reservation for a couple and our dog. Jay the clerk then said there would be a $100 deposit and additional charges for our pet. I said cancel the room then as your site doesnt say anything about $100 deposit and additional pet charges and clerk said I would recieve a full refund and proceed to hand write us a refund deposit with a Id number on a piece of paper with no letterhead.We left and went across the street and got a nice clean room with no deposit or pet charges. It has been over a week and still no refund thru multiple Phone calls ,emails / text messages thru OYO hotel Company. Beware
