  Needs to be inspected and shut down

  This place is filthy!! After another hotel in the area gave our room away hotels.com rerouted us to this place... we noticed drug dealing going on as we drove up. Loitering and frequent cars driving the area. Walking into the lobby the lady is behind bullet proof glass which has 2 holes in it.. security was also behind the glass and not out in the parking lot supervising the drug dealers. Upon entering room 129 it reeked of cigarette smoke!! The room was to be non-smoking... the beds were messed up as tho they had just gotten someone out of there and threw the comforter back. The shower roof was caving in and had black mold and water dripping from it. Shower had dirt still in the bottom as tho it hadn't been cleaned and soap scum and holes poorly patched in the walls. An inspector needs to go into this place . Going back to the office I noticed the lady of the room and that my mother is immunocompromised. She got upset and said how is she supposed to know what the rooms look like. Long story short this hotel wouldn't refund my money and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card.

  Excellent staff and great service.

  Friendly staff, clean rooms, and affordable. Manager is nice and helpful. If you have any issues management will assist and accommodate you. Staff is amazing and helpful and will assist anyway they can.

  Worst Hotel Experience Ever!

  From check-in to check-out, this was the worst hotel weve ever stayed at! Check-in clerk seemed annoyed that she had to get out of her chair to check me in. She took my ID and credit card, but didnt bother to even hand them back to me. The office was in a very poor state of deterioration. Then it got worse! Our room was absolutely nasty. Bed not made well. Loose vent on the ceiling. Not enough outlets for fridge and microwave. Hairs all over the shower stall. Bugs in the bathroom. And a crumbling toilet seat. The health department should shut this place down! It was nasty!

  Horrible wouldnt recommend

  We booked this hotel online the pictures on the site that the hotel provided was not accurate at all. Was spending the weekend there for travel ball softball tournament. When we arrived we where iffy by just looking at area. We checked in arrived at our room the hotel was ran down looked like most people lived there. Trash piled up at cans, lose trash on ground. Walked into room and the smell of stale cigarettes and weed knocked you off your feet. Bathroom was dirty, holes in bedding, the microwave wasnt cleaned on inside or outside the refrigerator was dirty inside the microwave was missing the glass plate. Went straight back to front desk told them about the room and misleading photos they said would give our money back. When I checked my bank card I was refunded one night but then recharged my card. Called the lady she said give it 24-48 hours. After 48 hours nothing called in man I spoke with claimed to be management said 4-5 business days I called my bank explained to them the situation was told by them if money isnt back on in the 4-5 business days I need to file a dispute. Please save your self time and hassle and avoid this hotel at all cost. I included some of the photos I took.

  Underrated

  Don't be put off by the bad reviews; this is an extremely affordable place with decent amenities where they leave you alone. Good experiences don't often get reviews written about them. Stop piling on, all you Karens.
