  Couldnt have been better

  First of all let me say this, Ive been coming to Rockport for the last 10 years, and Ive encountered all kinds of situations, mostly good, and let me tell you that Rockport Inn and suites are a hidden gem, their facilities are clean, the people that work there are polite, my friend Clares granddaughter went to the front desk often, and Jenn, who is stationed there was fabulous. Dont be afraid to bring your children and pets! Thank you to everyone that made our stay memorable!

  Clean, Comfortable Accomodation

  We chose the Rockport Inn & Suites for our wedding room block, a year ago. The hotel had just finished renovations. We decided to stay for our first anniversary weekend, and it's still the same! Clean, comfortable rooms that are also pet-friendly! Looks like the snug and indoor pool are open despite COVID precautions... Should have brought my swimsuit!

  Enjoyed my stay

  We picked this out of a "line up" of similar places in the general area, but were attracted by its indoor pool and fire pit, having never been here before. We were not disappointed. The property is contemporary but quaint. Going mid-week off season we had much of the place to ourselves. The rooms were adequate with a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. Did I mention that the place is also dog friendly, for an extra 45 dollars? The room was clean, the pool was nice and the fire pit, lit each night, a selling point. Normally they include breakfast, but due to covid-19 breakfast consisted of brown bag surprise....a granola bar, an orange, muffin and bottle of water. Disappointing in this regard, but, hey, COVID. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

  Overnight Stay

  The photos look better than the hotel in person. The hotel is a series of small buildings, some of the rooms need a bit of walking from parking, including stairs to carry your luggage. Our room had an awful smell. It was a dog friendly room as we were traveling with a pet but it smelled like it had never been cleaned from previous visitors. The bathroom toilet was brown and had a smell as well. While convenient for a quick night stay while on the road to other destinations, I would not stay here again

  Great for a base to explore Cape Ann

  This was terrific, safe and clean lodging especially during COVID. We requested a room with an exterior door so we did not have to keep going through an interior corridor just for distancing purposes. The room was very well kept - nothing too fancy but updated and pleasing to the eye. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. There was an inside pool and looked like it was being enjoyed. There was a simple help yourself buffet with a "to go box". It was a great place to explore Rockport (not really walking distance to Bearskin etc) and hit Newbury Port to the north and then Gloucester to the south. If you need a getaway during COVID but are leery I would not hesitate.
