  Great Family Hotel Near the Beach that accepts pets

  I work for the US Navy (which has a long history in Gaeta) and was desperate to find a hotel that accepts pets (especially a large German Shepherd). The Rock Garden staff and family was exceptional. They blended Italian hospitality with American attentiveness. Our three night stay was wonderful and we enjoyed the walks on the nearby Serapo Beach. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby so eating out was not a problem. I would love to stay there again!

  This is the place

  Yes, this is THE place. Three short blocks from the beach, restaurants all around, local market around the corner, culture and history at your fingertips, perfect cappucinos in the morning. Yum. The management staff of Carmen, Anthony, and Toni are the best you could ever want. We could have easily spent much more time in Gaeta and not only been welcome but happy. Cool and clean rooms, ocean breezes, great food - what else is there ? We will be back and we hope, very soon. These people are now friends and friends you want to visit. Gaeta is a beautiful ancient city with plenty of culture and history without all the rush of Rome.

  Perfect place for a break

  After being recommended by a friend to spend our holiday in Gaeta, I was set the task of finding a hotel on a reasonable budget, my main reason behind choosing Rock Garden. The hotel was so much more than that however; the rooms were immaculate, service was excellent and location was just perfect. Gaeta itself was lovely and the hotel was just the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend to friends and family! Brilliant value for money!

  Holiday

  A lovely small hotel .3 minutes walking to the beaches .Wherr you can swim in the clean waters and enjoy long walks on the golden sands . I arrived late at night and was welcomed and then told about the local attraction. My room was very quiet and serene.The light blue colours made you feel you much much to be at the seaside.Very modern furniture and a plasma tv was in the room.Its about a 40 minute walk to the old town of Gaeta but a very pleasant walk with bars and restaurants along the way.I would reccomend this hotel for the friendliness of the hotel and its cleanliness

  Great place for a break

  Highly recommended, lovely place, friendly and helpful people. It was a great pleasure for my team to be there. Otherwise restaurants and local market all around the corner, 2 minutes walking to the beaches :)
