  very good - great staff and food

  loved the place. very pleasant and professional staff. food was quite good and I really enjoyed their burger which comes with a lot of little extras: pickles, onion chutney, grated cheese, chili con carne... lots of little thngs to make every bit different and interesting. Rooms are great with a very good A/C system. My only negative comment would be on the towels: they look grey and smell a little.

  Trip to Bujumbura

  Im staying in this hotel from the 19th August up to date 26th September 2018. Definitely this place is unique in Bujumbura. The Hotel Managers John & Lisette are very professional, humble and always ready to meet customer needs. John has hands-on on the food & beverage, which turns Roca the best place ever to eat and drink. Restaurant & Bar tenders are too professional and the best in Bujumbura. It is visible that the leadership is taking this place to its excellence. Resuming, from the Check-in to the housekeeping, guards, among many other employees with whom we interact on a daily basis, I give my 10 point on a scale of 1-10. Very pleasant and professional staff. In addition to this, the hotel has great views from the Rooms, to the swimming pool and to the Golf course as well, rooms are also good. I strongly recommend this Hotel to those who are looking to be home being far from home. My compliments and thanks to all Rocas team with a special remark to John Mulungye Fausto Cruz

  Always nice

  A few years ago I discovered this Hotel in Bujumbura. The Hotel interior and exterior is kept very well. Since my last stay the internet connection improved tremendously. The rooms are medium size, but good furnished. A mosquito net is provided above the bed, but it also has screens on the windows and balcony doors. For good measure an insecticide spray is also provided. But I have not seen anything crawling or flying in my room. Actually why I am really coming back,is the nice food you get in the restaurant. If you play Golf, this is the pal e in Burundi, if not and you are as me just here for business it is a good place to relax after a days work.

  One to revisit again and again

  Excellent hotel had visited Bujumbura / Burundi for the first time ever and this couldn't have been a better place to stay. Was there for a total of 3 nights over the holiday period 2nd Jan to 5th Jan. Great ambiance with the golf course being right there, the staff were excellent and kind easy to talk to and service was stellar. Definitely revisiting soon!

  Top notch service and facilities in Bujumbura. No need to go anywhere else!

  A very welcoming oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Bujumbura. Could not have asked for better service from the hotel managers who would constantly ensure that we were well catered for an went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. The food from their restaurants was fresh and delectable and they were willing to keep their bar open for longer given a function we were hosting on one of their nights. It is such flexibility and accommodation to different needs that sets them above the rest.
