I want to thank with all my heart all ROBINSON Club Nobilis family for a wonderful stay . General manager Tuna and his close-knit, friendly team made with their work so many beautiful changes. From old beloved Nobilis - a new modern beloved Nobilis!!!Sompleasure to walk around see all this beauty!Beautiful places around, nice food,clean room,friendly personel and different program everyday ,what else can make guest happyThank u Nobilis Family

Badly managed Golf course
Facilities, driving range and golf course quality are very good. However the management of the Golf Course is terrible!!! I had 3 tee times booked for 9 people at 14:12, 14:21 & 14:30. The times were booked months in advance, but after arriving in Belek we knew the times were too late and we had no chance of finishing the round in daylight as sunset is 6pm. We attempted to change the times twice during our week, but were told its not possible and the times were ok. We turned up early, paid for 6 buggies on top of our green fee and also bought 150 range balls between the group. The starter then told us there was a problem with our tee time (2 x 4 ball booked for 9 golfers). The 14:30 time was allocated to a separate 2 ball. We ended up teeing off on time with 2 x 3 ball and a extra player added to our last 3 ball (extra player was not an issue). After 9 holes completed in 2 hours with some waiting for the groups in front we arrived at the 10th tee to find a German Pro giving a lesson to 4 beginners with 1 set of clubs between the 5 of them. It took us 3 holes for all of my group to pass them. We then started to find 2 and 3 groups waiting on each tee from 14th hole onwards. Needless to say we found ourselves in complete darkness trying to play 16, 17 & 18. There is no way you should be accepting booking for less than 4 hours before sunset. You have effectively charged 9 golfers for 18 holes that you know cannot be completed. You then allowed us to purchase buggies etc. The refreshment buggy didnt come round at all during the round. There was no sign of a marshal, or any control measures to prevent residents from jumping on at the 10th tee. The course is obviously not managed by a golfer, but by a greedy businessman who is happy to rob people of their hard earned money, let them tee off and pretend they dont exist after that. Im sure this place could be great, but you need a Golf Course Manager and marshals on the course to ensure your guests are getting what they pay for or they will not come back. Other courses in the area manage this much better and we will be returning to those course rather than Robinson Nobilis

Golf
First round of golf here. ( played many others in this area of Belek) . The practice area was fine, putting green was very fast and reflected the real greens. The course was ok, it was a present course but nothing really remarkable. The question I always ask myself is would I pay to play it again and I probably would.. Round took just over 4 hours. 38 euros for a buggy & range token.

Quite Superb
7 night stay and loved it. Last minute choice as original destination was barred and could not have been luckier to find ourselves there. Spotlessly clean and massive attention to current issues with sanitizers everywhere and pool and bar area, interior etc. all regularly treated by very hardworking team - thank you for your efforts on our behalf. Evening entertainment at the Pool Bar was also great with live acts and super to see so many people from every age group have such a good time. We sat in the big comfy chairs and it was very easy to grab a drink at the bar or be served by the waiters/waitresses who were brilliant. The absolute stand out was the food which was of the most amazingly high standard. We used the main restaurant and the selection was fantastic and everything we had, breakfast/lunch/dinner was superb. To be able to achieve this when catering for such a large group of people is astonishing and I am struggling to find an adequate compliment. M Ali you can be so proud of all of your team and yourself for such excellence. In summary, just wonderful; we had never used Robinson before and now it would be our first choice as undoubtedly they have very high standards. Also while we may possibly have been the only UK residents it was great spending time with our friends from Germany and next time we plan to have a better grasp of the main language to participate more although that is not in any way essential. Thank you one and all for a truly memorable experience. Mark and Pamela PS I will write a separate review about the Golf Club which was equally fantastic.

Like heaven
The top hotel in covid measures. I appreciate it with its activities, food and services. A truly nature friendly hotel. I highly recommend the Mellina Restaurant. We liked the chef's meals so much that we had dinner there at all times when we stayed at the hotel and mellina was accessible.
