  Nothing less than the best !

  Natural place, wonderful garden, a unique golden beach, modern and clean rooms, fantastic food, lovely staff with great hospitality. The first nice impression was when we booked our room and we had the telephone communication with Andri. Then, when we arrived there she welcomed us with kindness and she gave us her good energy! We spent an unforgettable week and we suggest this place to everyone for dreamy vacations!! Elisavet K.

  Great, great Club, with a few caveats

  Each year, my family a party of 11 people, i.e. my parents, my sister, her husband and two teenage kid, my wife and 3 kids (including 2 toddlers and a teenage kid - go on holidays together for one week. This year we decided to try the Robinson Club in Kyllini Beach. And we had a great time. All staff was very, very friendly (many thanks to the people at reception and to the cleaning ladies who did miracles in our messy rooms each day). The food was great. The rooms were quite comfortable (no full carpet as in most hotels but tile flooring (which I prefer) and easily accessible showers (particularly handy when you come back from the beach with kids that look like terrible sandmen)). The club also offers a wide range of sports activities. My 2 toddlers followed swimming lessons with a great and patient instructor, Markus. The beach is wide and sandy and beautiful, the swimming pools very clean. All very nice and family-friendly and calm and easy and relaxing. The way I like it. The Club is located a bit far away from the main cultural highlights on the Peloponnesus (well, it depends how you define "far away" I am Belgian and therefore everything beyond 50 kilometres is almost the end of the world). We only visited ancient Olympia, the cradle of the Olympic Games, which was very interesting. To get there, we rented a car (there is a Sixth car rental office at the Club's reception) for a day. This cost around 140 EURO, which is not very cheap. What I did not like very much was the fact that we had to pay to reserve a table for our family in the restaurant. We are 11 and like to eat together (that was the whole purpose of the trip). We had to pay each evening 4 EURO per person to reserve a big enough table. Or 44 EURO per evening. As we spent 5 evenings at the hotel, we paid 220 EURO, just to have this table. I find this pretty crazy. And then a final word on language. The Robinson Club is a German chain. This means that the "lingua franca" of the club is German. All activities are announced and organised in German, and I guess that 95% of the guests are Germans. All staff speaks German (but most of them readily switch to English when they discover you are one of those rare birds that is not a native German speaker). One of my two toddlers was even convinced he was in Germany... Most of my family speak German, but those who did not, felt a teeny weeny bit like "outsiders". Again, this had absolutely nothing to do with the staff who were really, really nice, but with the simple fact that the Club mainly (and quite understandably) focusses on its German guests. If Robinson intends to become a truly international club attracting many different nationalities (like its competitor Club Med), I guess it will have to use more English. I am fine with whatever direction Robinson will take, but you just need to be aware of this.

  The place to be if you have kids!

  The lobby gives a terrible first impression but the exterior and the newly refurbished rooms changes your opinion immediately. Excellent playground for 2-10 year old kids. Nice pools. The rooms are not spacious but big enough for 2 adults and 1 child. On teh downside, I would have to ask the club to change the mattress from the extra bed/sofa. It was so hard that my daughter could not sleep. The second night, when I actually asked her not to exaggerate, I was the one who ended sleepless on that sofa!!! The personnel is very friendly making you feel at home!!!

  Paradise on earth

  For all the days we spent at Robinson Club Kyllini Beach, we would like to thank all guys, boys an girls working there with their smile and kindness. Especially, Mrs Andry at front desk, Athanasia at Pergola Bar (and the rest crew there), Andriana the senior at Restaurant and of course Jörg who is responsible of the perfect coordination. Robinson Club Kyllini Beach is a dreamy vacation destination, located at a paradise like place, perfect for children. Perfect sea, perfect weather, perfect food, everything is perfect!!! We thank you guys for your hospitality, your kindness, your smiles and we wish next year come there again! Danke schön!

  Bit expensive but great

  Its all inclusive so we didnt take our wallet anywhere which was nice. I have diabetes and need a small snack every so often and they were more than happy to oblige! Kids had a great time and the pools were clean. Beach was soooo nice and sandy and the water clean. The play area for the kids was very neat and they have play groups for the kids so the parents can chill. We usually dont use hotels and stay with Airbnb but we would defiantly come back!
