Nice amenities, Kids Club (Roby Club) so-soBeautiful club with functional rooms- lots of storage, well thought-out. Restaurant food is very good, however is served buffet-style which reminds of a cafeteria. There is a service restaurant as well which requires reservations and is not open every day. Staff is very friendly. The club is clearly for german clientele, I went with my husband who does not speak german. I think all Robinson Clubs are meant for germans, i.e. no translations of menu etc. I wished that they made the pool facilities bigger when this club was built, as there is plenty of space. The tiles in the inside pool area are very slippery when getting wet. I was not impressed with the Roby Club. My boys are 7 years old and felt that the activities that were offered for their age group were "for babies". I was not able to get them to join the kids club activities after the first day. However, there is plenty to do in the area, and the archery program (at a surcharge) was outstanding. We were able to hear club music in the late evening, which stopped sometime after 11 pm. I would return however would plan for more activities outside the club. If you are a golfer or like to go horseback riding, this is the perfect club for you.

ok - but not excitingWe have stayed in several of Robinsonsclubs before. I stayed with 2 kids in off-season for 5 days (Monday Saturday). The positive thing is that you know what to expect and what you get. So you actually relax from day 1. However besides the club is called FleesenSEE there is no sea view. The saeside restaurant is located a bit further away and was closed for the season. The buildings are 90s style. The kids club RobyClub was only doing a program for small kids. However, there was some activities also for bigger kids when the guests for the weekend arrived on Friday. Food was not exciting but ok. Classic German Robinson. We were disappointed that the specialty restaurant was not open during our entire stay. It only opened once per week during off-season. Staff was friendly and the shows good entertainment. However, one missed one of the really big shows (Broadway musical copies) you experience in the bigger clubs. and where is please the Robinsonfeeling ... even my kids mentioned that there was something missing ... reminded more of a hotel stay. Some good fitness classes were offered however there could have been more for my taste. The pool and sauna is well maintained. Pool area could be bigger and offer more. Alternatively one can visit the spa at extra cost close by. Golf opportunities are outstanding and we were sad that we could not play more due to the rainy weather. Overall the management could have done a better job informing when we were booking (and asking) what activities are available for kids this week (was very general), informed about the golf and tennis (they said there were no courses offered but not that I could take private lessons - I would have planned and booked those) and that the specialty restaurant will be closed during our entire stay. But a good solid choice.

Good for short relax vacationNice location. Rooms are good and well-equipped. Buffet restaurant serves enough diverse food choices for anyone, with every evening a different theme (USA, Italy, local, etc). There is a wide array of sports and entertainments. Surroundings are quiet, ideal for getting away from hectic city life. But the best thing we found, is the honest friendliness of all staff, from chaimber maid, waiters, animators to management you feel they care about the guests. Points of critic - We found the fitness room a bit too small, and also the sports equipment is mostly cardio. No real power lifting stuff, like bar bells and heavy free weights - bar prices are high, in case you want to order a glass of wine (instead of the inclusive house wine), you pay over 10 euro for two glasses of an average red.

Good service but you have to like the Robinson conceptThe club is called Robinson Club "Fleesensee" but the club located 2 kilometres from lake Fleesensee. So if you expect to find a direct view on the water you will be disappointed. The club is located in a small town way in the country side, but easy to reach from the motorway 19. The club is a few years older but that is not directly visible from the outside. The small garden surrounding the club is well kept. We were accommodated in a family room which is very spacious. The furniture was old but not bad. Our room had a small balcony with place for 2 to sit outside. The rooms are quiet although during the day time small kids run up and down the corridors which you can hear through the whole club. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They support you with all questions and wishes. The whole crew is very forward leaning without being annoying. Also the service in the restaurant is also very good. The food is very good. During all the meals there is with variety of kinds of food. There is a wellness corner for special calorie free food. The downside of the restaurant is that the club has only few 4 persons tables and the rest of the tables are for 8 persons meaning you have to share your table with others. Some people like that, but we were not always happy having small talk during all our meals especially at breakfast. Next to this is the other problem that the club is almost exclusively German and most of the quests are frequent Robinson holidayers. Some of them think the world only exists around the few Robinson Clubs on this planet. The club is located in the middle of various golf courses. There are lots of opportunities doing other sports. I rented mountain bikes at the club. The bikes were in excellent condition and we enjoyed a large bike ride in the areas. There are various routes form 10 up to 70 kilometers. Also for running there are nice routes in the surrounding forests and on the shore of the lake. The club has its own wellness area with an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is not heated. The pool area is limited in size and crowded in the holiday season. The sauna are is fine. To summarize, good service, good food, sports and wellness is available but you have to live with Robinson concept.

perfctRooms are nice and clean, with very comfortable beds. Hotel is located about 30min walk from the lake, in quiet neighbourhood. It's very noticable that hotel pays great attention to service - staff is very helpful and polite.
